Entre las funciones que realizarás con nosotros, destacan:

• Supervisar la planificación, organización y control de obra civil.
• Asegurar que los contratistas cumplan con las normas de construcción y Seguridad y Salud.
• Supervisar que se apliquen los procedimientos de control de calidad establecidos.
• Análisis, gestión e interpretación de especificaciones de planos de obra civil.
• Exigencia de calidad en la obra y cumplimiento de plazos por parte del contratista.
• Seguimiento de la productividad de los contratistas y cumplimiento de los cronogramas de trabajo.
• Confirmar e informar el progreso del contratista.
• Coordinar inspecciones e informes de calidad con el equipo de QA/QC.
• Coordinación con la topografía de planta.
• Estudiar y tratar de optimizar los diseños de ingeniería a nivel constructivo y económico en función de realidad del proyecto.
• Cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente definidos en los Planes de Gestión y Procedimiento de ejecución, asegurando el cumplimiento de dichos requisitos para el control de los riesgos, el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente y el correcto desempeño ambiental.

Requisitos

• Formación Técnica, preferiblemente relacionada con Ingeniería y/o Construcción
• Experiencia de, al menos, 3 años como Supervisor Civil de obras de construcción, preferiblemente de plantas fotovoltaicas.
• Certificación de Técnico de Nivel Básico en PRL 60 horas o Segundo Ciclo de P.R.L. Responsables y Técnicos de Ejecución 20h.
• Conocimientos en desarrollo y resolución de diseño en planos y detalles de ingeniería.
• Autocad 2D y 3D
• Microsoft Office 365: nivel medio.
• Conocimientos de Planes de Seguridad, Calidad, y de Gestión Ambiental.

Key Accountabilities

• Service instruments in assigned areas, track all service requests, communicate with customers as needed, gather technical information, order required tools and parts, and plan efficient travel and schedules.

Project Manager – Seville, Spain

What are you going to do?

As a project manager you are responsible for the entire process from the moment the order is received until the project is finished. You are the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer. You are our expert in the field of placements and installations of our UFOs. You ensure that everything will be arranged as discussed with our sales manager, and proactively advise on which product(s) suit the customer best. If necessary, you check the project sites. You check the availability and manage the logistic process. There is close contact with the managers on site about where the systems are located exactly, what they can expect and what needs to be communicated. You continue monitoring the project at the background for the duration of the project. If necessary, you’ll visit the customer again in the meantime. In case of incidents and issues, you prepare the reports and take care of the handling.

About Kooi

Kooi offers mobile camera systems that are deployed to easily and optimally observe construction sites, waste sites and remote areas. With the systems, called Unit For Observation (UFO), we are pioneers in the European market. Kooi has its own monitoring center, the Kooi Alarm Center. In this certified alarm center all reports from the connected systems are analyzed and processed. The systems are designed, assembled, and maintained by the Kooi head office in Drachten, Netherlands. We also have offices in Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy and Sweden.

Responsibilities:

• You can think process-oriented and have a helicopter view by nature;

• You live in or near Seville;
• You are willing to travel to project locations;
• You speak English fluently;

• Travel within Spain as required, and periodically to the headquarters in Drachten (NL).
