Desde Melt Group, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Business Development Manager para una empresa en crecimiento enfocada en transformar el sector hospitality a través de soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras. Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en desarrollo de negocio y una fuerte orientación estratégica para liderar la expansión comercial y posicionar las soluciones de la compañía como referencia en el mercado.

Funciones a desempeñar:

• Definir y ejecutar estrategias comerciales, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el sector hospitality.
• Expandir la presencia en el mercado, posicionando las soluciones tecnológicas como la primera opción para proyectos hoteleros.
• Construir y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas y generando confianza.
• Liderar negociaciones, diseñando propuestas comerciales y gestionando el proceso de venta de principio a fin.
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de proyectos para garantizar que las soluciones se ajusten a las necesidades de los clientes.

Requisitos para la posición:

• Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería o áreas afines.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en desarrollo de negocio, preferiblemente en el sector hospitality o soluciones tecnológicas.
• Conocimiento profundo del mercado, con capacidad para identificar oportunidades y posicionar productos estratégicamente.
• Habilidades comerciales y de negociación sobresalientes, con experiencia en construcción de relaciones estratégicas.
• Dominio del inglés, necesario para la gestión de clientes internacionales.
• Proactividad y autonomía, con orientación a resultados y capacidad de autogestión.
• Disponibilidad para viajar, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

📌 Marketing De Contenidos

Redactar artículos y materiales para la web, blog y redes sociales (optimización SEO).

Mantener actualizado el blog de la empresa con contenido de valor.

Diseñar materiales gráficos para redes sociales, email marketing y promociones.

Coordinar la publicación de la revista interna.

📌 Organización De Eventos

Planificar y ejecutar eventos corporativos (ferias, celebraciones internas).

📌 Gestión De Proyectos Web

Mantener y mejorar la página web de Estel.

📌 Diseño Gráfico

Crear materiales visuales (presentaciones, creatividades, merchandising).

Requisitos Técnicos

✔️ Conocimientos en Diseño Web (WordPress).

✔️ Manejo de herramientas de análisis web (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

✔️ Experiencia en gestión de redes sociales.

✔️ Dominio del Paquete Adobe.

Lunes a jueves: 08:00-13:00 y 14:00-17:00.

Viernes: 08:00-15:00.

Horario flexible de entrada entre las 08:00 y las 09:00.

Horario reducido en julio y agosto.

What’s the Job?

As a receptionist, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle questions about our social club, wellness, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our members feel at home in any location. Reports to the Spa Manager.

Your day-to-day

• Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience!
• Inform our guests about the initiatives, events and offering of our social club
• Take and manage guest bookings and up-selling opportunities.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Be a trusted contact for all members. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary.
• Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you’ll report all incidents and wear any protective gear needed.
• Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador.
• Always know what events and activities are on the day’s schedule.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Experience working in as a receptionist will be valuable.
• Must be fluent in local language and English, German will be highly valuable.
• Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.

¿De qué trata el trabajo?

Como cocinero, tu pasión por realizar presentaciones llamativas y sabrosas hará que la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes sea magnífica cada vez que visiten nuestros restaurantes. Reportarás al Jefe de Cocina.

Tu día a día

• Llevar a cabo todas las elaboraciones de los platos siguiendo los estándares de presentación y elaboración marcados.
• Asegurar que la cocina, así como las zonas de almacenamiento de alimentos y productos, están en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden.
• Mantener controlado el stock de alimentos y productos necesarios para realizar todas las elaboraciones, reportando cuando sea necesaria la compra de nuevos productos.
• Cumplir con toda la normativa de APPCC.
• Colaborar con el departamento de restaurante para que el servicio sea fluido en todo momento.
• Reportar cualquier incidencia relacionada con las zonas de almacenamiento y neveras al departamento de mantenimiento cuando sea necesario.
  
  

• 2+ años de experiencia en hotel/restaurante gastronómico como cocinero.
• Proactivo/a, positivo/a, energético/a, dinámico/a, empático/a, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y pasión por el servicio.
