Asumirá las gestiones logísticas, documentales y organizativas que apoyan la venta garantizando la efectividad de los envíos a destino. 

Requisitos

Pensamos en una persona, valorando la formación universitaria que ya posea experiencia demostrable de dos o tres años en puestos similares en departamentos de internacional. Será muy valorable un perfil de formación agronómica con experiencia en tratamientos pre y postcosecha en el sector citrícola u hortofrutícola o agroalimentario. 

 

Resulta de interés la aportación de Máster o estudios de postgrado en International Business, así como formación complementaria en aspectos de derecho internacional y logística.  

 

Imprescindible nivel C1 de inglés y valorable otro idioma UE. Software de gestión y Excel avanzado. 

 

Deberá aportar actitudes para el trabajo en equipo, elevada capacidad de organización, un perfil de habilidades de negociación, y tolerancia a la presión para trabajar por objetivos.

About The Role

The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse (FARAPULSE - Pulsed Field Ablation System - Boston Scientific) system during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.
• Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all abreast of the latest product and technology developments.
• Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
• Providing initial and continuous, as needed, training and feedback for development team and sales representatives (as appropriate) on Farapulse, development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features.
• Meets with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling (in an automobile or airplane) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
• Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.

• Drive process improvement opportunities, with a special focus on efficiency and scalability, working with technical teams, vendors and operations teams.
• Manage senior stakeholders from different teams (from retail to tech), being able to influence others.
• Manage large scale data to drive decision making;
• Define the strategy of the supply chain for Fresh for the next years, learning from other countries, business, industries and competitors.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Multiple years of working experience ideally in supply chain, inventory management with project management experience or as strategy consultant
• Fluent English
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths or similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with aptitude for data-driven argumentation
• Experience working with complex data sets
• A business focused way of thinking and a strong hands-on, results oriented mentality combined with ability to work strategically
• Must have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced online environment.
• Highly analytical, flexible, action and results oriented, self-starter, comfortable with computer databases and tools
• An effective communicator working with some of Amazon’s most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal teams
• Operates as a team player, likes to have fun at work, and has a positive attitude
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Excel and analytical techniques
• Experience with SQL is a strong plus
