Tu Nuevo Rol, ¿Qué implica?
Entre tus principales funciones estarán colaborar en la definición de la estrategia de Procurement junto con el cliente y el equipo de Project Management, estableciendo los paquetes de obras y suministros a licitar, los tipos de contrato a plantear y la identificación de posibles proveedores; participar en los procesos de licitación y supervisar su seguimiento; liderar los procedimientos de precalificación de proveedores; coordinar con los equipos de ingeniería los procesos de licitación de los Long Lead Items (LLI); apoyar al equipo de Project Management y Cost Management en la preparación de informes periódicos de progreso en materia de Procurement; realizar la evaluación de proveedores en las fases de preclasificación y licitación para facilitar la toma de decisiones del cliente; y llevar a cabo tareas de administración contractual, incluyendo la preparación y revisión de contratos, la identificación de riesgos, así como la supervisión y seguimiento de contratos en ejecución, colaborando en la gestión de reclamaciones y disputas.
¿Qué estamos buscando incorporar al equipo?
Estamos buscando un perfil con titulación universitaria vinculada al ámbito de la edificación, como Arquitectura, Ingeniería o Ingeniería Técnica. Se valorarán igualmente otras titulaciones, siempre que se acredite experiencia o formación específica en edificación industrial. Es imprescindible contar con al menos 10 años de experiencia en proyectos y obras de edificación industrial, y un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia específica en Procurement, Compras, procesos de licitación y/o administración de contratos. Buscamos una persona con capacidad para desenvolverse con agilidad en entornos dinámicos y con plazos ajustados, tanto en coordinación con equipos multidisciplinares como de manera autónoma, con disponibilidad para desplazarse semanalmente al lugar de ejecución de las obras en Navalmoral de la Mata, y con un nivel alto de inglés.
