As Senior Instructional Designer, Passenger Portfolio, you will enable our Passenger customers to make the best use of our solutions. You will be accountable for designing, developing and delivering cutting-edge eLearning and live training.

What You Will Do

- To promote and ensure quality teaching and effective learning of English.

British Council Spain operates a network of teaching centres throughout the country, delivering English teaching to some 30,000 students every year. In addition to teaching students directly, we operate the British Council’s only school, in Madrid, a sizeable exams operation, we offer support in English language learning around the country, and we run strong programmes in arts and education and society.
The majority of our teaching centre students are young learners – either early years, primary or secondary – with a sizeable number of adults.
Main Accountabilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver high quality English language teaching that meets the needs of different customer groups taking into account individual learning styles. Ensure that lesson materials are tailored appropriately to the needs of particular groups and individuals.
- Monitor and assess progress and provide regular feedback – both written and face to face – to help manage students’ performance throughout the course, and actively promote learner autonomy, using the setting and correction of homework for that purpose. Meet individually with parents and students as part of the student’s learning process.
- Complete teaching related administrative tasks (such as prompt completion of class registers, record of classwork, break duties or level testing) to specified standards.

Exoticca is looking for a Creative who focuses on video editing and motion graphics. In this position you'll be reporting to the Creative Manager and will be partnering with other creatives (Copy writers, art direction, and Designers) in the creative team on a variety of creative projects. In this role you need to think and execute multi-channel creative ideas. Conceptualization, design, and development of omnichannel content. Proficiency and speed with design programs. Tangible experience of editorial and typographic creation, understanding styling as one.
Responsibilities:
- A hands-on unicorn creative focusing on video editing and motion graphics, that has great design skills
- Designs and delivers high quality motion graphics optimized for video/web/social media dissemination
- Selects, edits, and incorporates third party content (stills, footage, music, graphics, etc.) as needed
- Retouches, corrects, and color-grades video and photo content
- Develop animated videos, motion graphics, and visual effects for various multimedia projects, with interesting effect, transitions and eye catching visuals with exciting sound, including promotional video posts, stories/reels, explainer videos, and interactive content
- Strong video editing skills
- Ability to create a compelling treatment to convey video concepts to stakeholders
- Conceptualize and produce eye-catching animations, video graphics, and multimedia content that align with the company´s brand and objectives
- Keep design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all materials
- Animation motion design, Video Production, Video and simple Sound Editing
- Assists in designing and creating storyboards and scripts
- Works closely with other employees / departments on multimedia presentations for meetings, conferences, etc
- Tracks new content trends and technologies to ensure that the company output remains on the cutting edge
- Part of the creative team, working in close collaboration with your fellow creatives and able to translate ideas into visually stunning videos and animations
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and details
- Interest or experience in using AI to increase the efficiency of video production
- University degree/Art Academy or equivalent in Editing/motion graphics and Design or similar
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in creative roles, focused on video editing and Motion graphics in a creative agency
- Good understanding of design principles with experience working to brand guidelines
- A strong Video editing/motion graphics portfolio showcasing your work across multiple formats is required
- Strong skillset in After Effects, Premiere Pro and core Adobe CC Software
- Experience in Blender 3D is an advantage
- Eye for design detail solid typographic skills and a flair for creativity and design
- Self teacher - Keeps up with latest technologies and trends
- Organized - Able to handle several projects at once
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus

As a Preschool Teacher at Peekaboo you will lead a new wave of early years superheroes. The role requires a creative thinker, someone who is organised and has an open mind. Previous experience of being a room leader/preschool teacher where you were responsible for your own class is a must.
The key responsibility is to deliver an exceptionally warm and creative offering to our children and their parents. You must love getting down and messy with children, we are looking for someone who truly knows what it is to nurture and play at their level.
This is a fulltime position, working Monday - Friday from 8.30 - 17.00.
