Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Remote/ EU

Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales strategies
- Identify and acquire high-risk clients within the gaming industry, while managing long-term relationships
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within high-risk verticals
- Represent the organization at global events with a focus on networking, business development, and enhancing brand visibility
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to high-risk clients.
- Native/Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development, particularly within high-risk industries such as betting, gambling, gaming, or the crypto sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-risk client relationships
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the challenges and solutions related to payment processing in high-risk sectors
- Familiarity with crypto payment solutions and blockchain technology is highly advantageous
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop a network within high-risk industries
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and conferences on a global scale.
