Job Purpose
The main function to develop the Fleet Manager position will be to lead the management of the LEVEL fleet, including all retrofit projects and the incorporation of new aircraft with the following responsibilities: to define an exhaustive Project plan of each phase of the Project, to guarantee the resources needed, to monitor milestones and risks, to manage the project governance, to prepare reporting to make decisions and to coordinate all stakeholders involved to achieve the objectives of the project
Challenges
To guarantee the correct execution of all retrofit projects of LEVEL:
- To develop a Project plan with key milestones and objectives to be achieved including key responsibilities and resources needed
- To monitor the progress of the Project, considering not only the deadlines but also costs and resources involved
- To define KPIs to monitor the success of the Project and prepare reporting to make decisions
- To lead the cross coordination between stakeholders, including the governance of the project
- To coordinate delivery and redelivery of aircraft
- To coordinate the lease and sublease contracts with Iberia and lessors
- To manage insurances
- To provide support to Maintenance área in the spare parts management
- LEVEL: Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Commercial, Customer and Legal
- Group: Coordination with GBS, IAG Fleet and IB
- External Stakeholders: providers
- Engineer, ideally aeronautical
- Experience in aviation industry
- Experience in Project management
- Experience in reporting and business analytics
- Expert in Power Point and full Office Tools
- Strong ability to lead complex projects, ensuring clear planning, resource management, risk control, and delivery of results within deadlines and budge
- Focus on achieving operational and financial objectives through efficient resource allocation, cost control, and data-driven decision making.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication Excellent skills in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring effective and transparent communication.
- Technical Expertise in Fleet & Aviation Industry Solid knowledge of aircraft lifecycle, fleet management processes, lease contracts, and technical operations within the aviation sector.
- High level of English: C1

Your Role
- You support the People Operations team in day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics
- You contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes and take ownership of your own projects
- You create and manage national and international employment contracts, certificates, and official documents
- You maintain and develop our HR systems and ensure high data quality
- You independently manage communication with external service providers, authorities, and consultants both domestically and internationally
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable qualification with an HR focus
- You have initial hands-on experience in Human Resources—ideally through an internship, working student position, or your first permanent role
- You have a solid understanding of HR processes and a strong interest in both operational and strategic HR topics
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and are eager to take on responsibility
- You’re a strong communicator, a team player, and bring a hands-on mentality
- You speak fluent Spanish and very good English (any additional language is a plus)
