We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month maternity cover. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team of 10 recruiters, along with a wide group of Hiring Managers and interviewers across various departments.

Your primary focus will be to coordinate interviews seamlessly across departments such as Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales. Your contribution will be key in delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and the hiring teams while ensuring interviews are scheduled efficiently and run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure interviews are scheduled efficiently and promptly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to facilitate a smooth interview process
• Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Monitor, collect and analyze interview scheduling data to initiate improvements and drive efficiency

• We are seeking a Night Receptionist M/F to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Welcome and assist guests during nighttime hours as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
• Handle all reception operations during the night shift: late check-ins, early check-outs, invoicing, and providing accommodation information and concierge services.

• Participate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox by replying and redirecting emails.
• Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submitting operational reports on time.
• Ensure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasant.

Funciones:

• Gestión integral del proceso de nómina: recopilación y validación de variables mensuales, control de incidencias y seguimiento de pagos.
• Administración y control del sistema de gestión del tiempo (fichajes, turnos, calendarios laborales, permisos, ausencias, horas extra, etc.).
• Atención y resolución de dudas sobre nóminas, contratos, retenciones, IRPF, convenios, etc.
• Apoyo en auditorías laborales, inspecciones y cumplimiento normativo.
• Gestión y aplicación de procedimientos de extinción del contrato de trabajo (preparación de expedientes de extinción, así como asesoramiento a responsables sobre la legalidad y viabilidad).
• Apoyo a la creación y redacción de políticas y procedimientos internos del departamento de RRHH.
• Asistencia y representación de la empresa en actos de conciliación ante el SMAC.

Requisitos:

• Formación en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, ADE o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares.
• Conocimientos actualizados en legislación laboral y fiscal.
• Dominio de herramientas de gestión de nómina y control horario (Por ejemplo, épsilon, Meta4, SAP, etc.).
• Nivel alto de Excel.
• Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y buena comunicación interpersonal.
• Imprescindible acreditar experiencia en entornos industriales o de gran volumen de empleados.
• Iniciativa, proactividad y capacidad de mejora continua.
• Valorable conocimiento de convenios colectivos del sector cerámico así como el uso de inteligencia artificial aplicable al departamento de RRHH.
