Applicant Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Selling Stamps: Assist customers by selling postage stamps, stamped envelopes, and postal cards.
- Receiving Mail: Handle incoming mail with care, ensuring sensitive information is managed responsibly.
- Sorting and Delivering Mail: Sort and prepare mail for delivery based on size, shape, and destination.
- Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as answering customer inquiries, processing change requests, and maintaining accuracy throughout the process.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers with their mailing needs, including mail holds and address updates.

Your Tasks:
· Operational Commercial Organization:
o Independent planning, coordination, and execution of administrative and organizational tasks
o Responsibility for ensuring proper handling of commercial processes
· Accounting and Administration:
o Preparing accounting records and handling payment transactions
o Managing invoices and banking operations
o Acting as a liaison with our Gestoría Fiscal (tax advisory)
· After-Sales Service:
o Documenting and tracking warranty work and providing status updates
o Communicating with workshops, headquarters in Germany and harbours
· Personnel Affairs:
o Collaborating closely with the Gestor Laboral on personnel matters
o Maintaining employee records and data
o Preparing time-tracking documentation
Your Profile:
· Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
· Experience in preparatory accounting and administration
· Excellent language skills in English and Spanish. German is highly appreciated
· Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with accounting or HR software
· Strong organizational skills, initiative, and team spirit
· Experience in the nautical sector is highly appreciated
