This is an internship role for a Local Operations Manager Assistant located in Palma. The assistant will support day-to-day operations, assist in managing local teams, handle client requests, and ensure seamless experiences for guests and homeowners.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in local language (Spanish) is a plus
