As An Operations Manager On Our Team, You Will
- Lead and support team of Supervisors
- Work on monitoring and improving KPIs and operational processes
- Monitoring and compliance with quality processes
- Managing and supervising team
- Optimization of work processes and staff productivity
- Collect metrics, analyze and report to Client when required
- Review dimensioning forecasts, carry out deviation and needs analysis
- Conduct regular coaching sessions as well as refresher training for Team Leaders to maintain product/tools knowledge and make them successful at their day-to-day work
- Lead supervisory meetings, coordinate leadership team actions, be a judge if no common agreements
- Understand client´s expectations and work towards them
- Be prepared to update daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year business reviews and be able to present them when required
- Are proficient or bilingual in English
- Have a strong background in customer service and contact center environments
- Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
- Possess strong organizational and time management abilities
- Are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Show empathy and a logical approach to problem-solving
- Have solid management skills and professional presentation
- Are proficient in Windows and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Are familiar with key service metrics like SLA, KPI, CSAT, and productivity

- Instrument, measure and improve processes across the entire revenue operations spectrum
- Deliver metrics and reporting to monitor and improve revenue operations effectiveness, including new leads, pipeline, velocity, sales productivity and renewals. Use this data to drive insight, manage territories and channels, improve productivity, and agree and implement actionable change with executive management through regular sales and business reviews.
- Oversee our sales technology and processes, driving automation and process improvements and partnering with our commercial systems engineering team to continuously improve business systems and integration
- Lead the introduction of new products, pricing, packaging and bundling through systems that are easy for sales and partners to navigate and quote
- Drive data quality, through order processing, new hire training, process documentation, reporting and data cleansing
- Lead and enhance our commercial review process for evaluating and steering sales and alliance opportunities
- Own the commission plan and lead the process for setting goals, evaluating and paying against that plan
- An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a related field, or a compelling narrative about your alternative path
- Drive and a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations
- Experience operating in a senior leadership role, driving effectiveness of direct, channel and alliance partnerships, ideally within a similar technology subscription-based business

We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic, and energetic Field Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence, streamline sales processes, and support revenue growth.
In this role, aligned to regional sales leaders, you’ll oversee business operations and sales structures—including headcount tracking, budget management, and the development of strategic sales initiatives. You'll play a critical role in ensuring visibility and analysis across the customer lifecycle, with a strong focus on forecasting, performance metrics, and sales enablement.
Reporting directly to the WW Head of Sales Operations, you'll also act as the primary liaison between regional sales and global operations—leading process improvements, managing key projects, and delivering the analytics and intelligence that help transform opportunity development and consulting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Operations Management: Oversee regional field operations to ensure the effective execution of sales strategies, seamless support for sales teams, and optimal territory management. Implement procedural changes to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Define success metrics, contribute to revenue goal setting, and support go-to-market strategy development. Actively participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews with regional and global leadership.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage data to evaluate sales performance, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics. Implement sales analytics, business intelligence, and market insights to assess consulting impact on opportunity development. Support major initiatives through ad hoc analysis and develop executive-ready collateral, including dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across the sales funnel—from lead generation to quoting and forecasting—to boost efficiency and drive results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Sales and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, Renewal Operations, BDR, and Customer Success. Ensure alignment on GTM strategy, compensation models, and operational initiatives.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Own the regional sales forecasting process, ensuring consistency and accuracy in revenue projections and pipeline health. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting issues at their source.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or a similar role, with a strong focus on pipeline management, data analysis, sales compensation, and field operations. Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve complex, cross-functional challenges.
- Extensive experience designing, interpreting, and managing sales compensation plans. Comfortable addressing and communicating sensitive compensation issues, while adhering to established processes and guidelines.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, DOMO, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong command of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Experience with CPQ platforms and data/reporting systems. Familiarity with SFDC, SalesLoft, and NetSuite is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to executive audiences and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Highly organized and adaptable team player, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Your Role
- You support the People Operations team in day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics
- You contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes and take ownership of your own projects
- You create and manage national and international employment contracts, certificates, and official documents
- You maintain and develop our HR systems and ensure high data quality
- You independently manage communication with external service providers, authorities, and consultants both domestically and internationally
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable qualification with an HR focus
- You have initial hands-on experience in Human Resources—ideally through an internship, working student position, or your first permanent role
- You have a solid understanding of HR processes and a strong interest in both operational and strategic HR topics
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and are eager to take on responsibility
- You’re a strong communicator, a team player, and bring a hands-on mentality
- You speak fluent Spanish and very good English (any additional language is a plus)
