Exciting maritime full-time job opportunity in Ibiza at Helmsmen Club, a unique and innovative nautical company combining a boat club membership / RYA Training Centre / and a charter company. Experience in the maritime industry is mandatory.

We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and driven manager with experience in the maritime industry to join our team in Ibiza. If you’re passionate about the nautical world, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in management, this might be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage charter operations and maintain relationships with concierges, brokers, and hotels
• Oversee our boat fleet
• Oversee client communications and resolve issues promptly
• Lead marketing efforts to attract new members/students and charter clients
• Supervise RYA operations
• Manage sales in all departments
• Maintain financial accuracy with invoicing and expense tracking

Requirements:

• Experience in the maritime industry and boat knowledge (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven sales skills – being a great seller is mandatory for this role
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (mandatory) . German or Dutch is a big plus
• Ability to manage teams and build strong relationships with clients and partners
• A passion for providing top-notch service and growing the Helmsmen Club community
