Role:

As a Field Service Engineer at AVT, you will:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain print inspection systems
• Provide technical support and preventive maintenance
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure system performance and satisfaction
• Travel to customer sites as required

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Background in print inspection or similar technology is a plus
• Technical training or degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Experience with SQL and databases
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on-site
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Fluency in English
