We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Team at ING Hubs Spain
As a Data Analyst in Cyber Threat Management, you will turn large-scale security and threat data into actionable intelligence. You will design analytics, machine learning, and AI-assisted solutions that help ING anticipate, detect, and prioritise cyber threats before they become incidents.
You will join ING’s Global Threat Management (GTM) team, a central capability within the CISO domain that focuses on intelligence-driven, proactive defence. The team works across geographies and disciplines to anticipate emerging threats, investigate advanced attack scenarios, and continuously improve ING’s detection and defensive posture. Collaboration, communication, ownership, and impact are core to how we work.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst in Cyber Threat Management, you will:
- Use advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-assisted models to support cyber threat identification, prioritisation, and investigation.
- Transform large-scale security, threat intelligence, and telemetry data into actionable insights for threat hunters and decision-makers.
- Apply data-driven threat models that link adversary behaviour, vulnerabilities, and exposure.
- Apply automation and AI techniques to accelerate threat analysis, pattern discovery, and hypothesis testing.
- Collaborate with cyber threat hunters and detection teams to operationalise analytics into real-world security use cases.
- Communicate complex analytical outcomes in a clear, structured, and decision-oriented way for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Data Analyst - Credit Risk & Underwriting

Mission
Join Ebury´s Analytics team in Madrid to build and maintain the data models and predictive frameworks that underpin our Underwriting and Credit Risk decisions. You´ll go beyond reporting, designing scalable analytics assets, training explainable ML models, and translating risk signals into clear business actions.
What you´ll do
- Design, build, and maintain robust dbt data models that transform raw data into analytics-ready assets for Credit Risk and Underwriting.
- Write and optimise complex SQL and Python pipelines to model credit outcomes and surface early warning signals.
- Train, validate, and document explainable ML models (e.g., logistic regression, gradient-boosted trees) to predict defaults and portfolio behaviour.
- Own key Underwriting and Credit Risk KPIs, ensuring dashboards are accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma and Looker Studio that make risk data accessible to Business and Product stakeholders.
- Partner with Underwriting, Credit Risk, and Product teams to turn model outputs into actionable strategy.
