Your journey will start with onboarding & enablement to develop your business and Celonis skills through a combination of hands-on experience in customer engagements and different pieces of training which cover amongst others the Celonis Process Intelligence, domain knowledge, presentation & demo skills, discovery & objection handling as well as value selling.

The work you’ll do:

• Work as part of the Global VE CoE to support the APAC Value Engineering team on customer engagements
• Collaborate with customers to uncover their core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help them achieve their business objectives and AI Strategy
• Execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis Process Intelligence, frame a quantitative business value and deliver presentations to senior executives to drive investment decisions
• Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning, LLM-based solutions and orchestration technology
• Drive change management and value realisation and ensure a positive return on investment
• Build strong relationships with our customers by winning their trust through technical, product expertise, and business acumen to act as a trusted advisor

The qualifications you need:

You have a bachelors and/or masters degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science / Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work/internship experience. EXPERIENCIA, CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS 

Experiencia deseada:

• Experiencia profesional de al menos 4 años en departamentos de ciencia de datos.
• Se valorará positivamente haber participado en proyectos del sector del seguro, y haber trabajado en otras compañías aseguradoras.
• Experiencia en trabajo en equipo.
• Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos.
• Conocimientos avanzados matemáticos y estadísticos, y en técnicas de preparación de datos en bruto (incluyendo tratamientos de textos) y creación de modelos de Machine Learning de diferente tipología tales como series temporales, y modelos de regresión.
• Se valorará positivamente el doctorado.

 

Conocimientos Requeridos:

• Conocimientos de Python/PySpark.
• Licenciatura/Grado en Informática, Matemáticas, Físicas, Ingeniería u otra carrera técnica.

 

Habilidades:

En Grupo Hasten estamos seleccionando un/a Analista Funcional 3DX con al menos 5 años de experiencia en entornos tecnológicos, preferentemente en proyectos de mantenimiento de aplicaciones PLM para unirse a uno de nuestros clientes en modalidad híbrida en Madrid.

Requisitos

Mínimo 5 años como Analista Funcional en entornos tecnológicos, preferentemente en proyectos de mantenimiento de aplicaciones PLM.

Conocimiento sólido de 3DEXPERIENCE (Mechanical Design, Quality Checks, CATIA, ENOVIA, Data Collaboration, Change Request), con al menos 3 años de experiencia práctica.

Experiencia en parametrización y personalización del modelo de datos OOTB en 3DEXPERIENCE SaaS.

Habilidades de gestión de stakeholders y capacidad de comunicación efectiva.
