Required Qualifications

• Relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising):
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising);
• OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising).
• OR equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in commercial environments and demonstrated ability to manage and maintain client relationships effectively;
• Spanish Native and Fluent English

• Demonstrated experience in search, display, and/or programmatic advertising. Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management;
• Skilled in using data to influence through engaging presentations and clear written communications;

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Extensive experience in customer success roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
• Experience with professional services & attach motions for support/services
• Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Lo que conseguimos

Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo para sustitución por baja médica.

• Atiende y/o realiza llamadas a clientes siguiendo los protocolos de comunicación establecidos por la empresa en relación al trato con el usuario, para los distintos tipos de servicios solicitados: Consultas, Reclamaciones, Gestión de citas de revisiones, Actualización de datos de clientes, Citación para los controles de calidad, Etc.
• Siguiendo el plan establecido por su responsable realiza la gestión de rutas para los técnicos y/o zonas que se le hayan asignado, y da el apoyo administrativo necesario al técnico durante la ruta de trabajo (entre otros, el traspaso de piezas entre técnicos). Además si fuera necesario realiza el cambio en la gestión de rutas si hubiera avisos de última hora.

Desde hace meses, estamos dándole mucha importancia al trato y la cercanía a través de WhatsApp.

Tus principales funciones serán:

• Atención de conversaciones en WhatsApp, a través de Hubspot.
• Asesoramiento y resolución de dudas a alumnos y potenciales alumnos.
• Atención presencial a alumnos y potenciales alumnos.

Para estas funciones necesitamos que cumplas con los siguientes requisitos:

• Conocimiento de oposiciones.
• Experiencia como representante de ventas y/o atención al cliente.
• Domicilio en la zona sur de la Comunidad de Madrid o cerca.

Since you are their "consultant/advisor" in training and pedagogy, their requests may be very diverse.

In this position, you will work closely with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team in order to keep them updated about how each client is working on the language program.

We are looking for a Learning Consultant with a passion for customer service who will have the ability to actively solve doubts and provide guidance about the language, goFLUENT services or issues. Someone with strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in Spanish, spoken and written and advanced level of English. Proficiency in a third language is a plus (German, French, Portuguese, Polish).

What You'll Do:

• Manage relationships with clients/learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.
• Assist learners who need help through calls or emails as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the supervisors guidance:
• Resolve customer complaints
• Call clients to follow up on their training progress
• Conduct demo calls
• Assist Account Managers/Sales as deemed necessary by the LC Manager
• Reach KPIs discussed with the LC Manager

What You'll Need:

• Soft skills are a must regarding: empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability and effective communication skills.
• University degree: Language Studies, Translator/Interpreter
• Proactive, responsible, disciplined and able to multitask.
