¿Tienes formación en Gestión Administrativa o Asistencia a la Dirección y te gustaría adquirir tu primera experiencia real en el entorno de la alta dirección de una multinacional?
En Sprinter te ofrecemos unas prácticas diseñadas para aprender haciendo, donde podrás conocer de primera mano cómo funciona la alta dirección de una multinacional, desarrollar habilidades administrativas clave y adquirir una visión 360º de los distintos departamentos de la compañía, dando soporte a nuestra Executive Assistant.
Detalles del puesto
- Jornada: Tiempo completo (39h/semana con horario flexible) o media jornada (en horario de mañana)
- Modalidad: Presencial
- Ubicación: Polígono de Las Atalayas, Av. del Euro 2, Alicante
- Apoyo en la gestión y control de gastos (registro de tickets y facturas).
- Preparación de salas de reuniones u otros espacios.
- Soporte administrativo general: archivo de documentación, gestión de correos, organización de información, etc.
- Gestión de agendas sencillas y coordinación de reuniones.
- Apoyo general a la Asistente de Dirección en tareas administrativas del día a día
- Formación en Gestión Administrativa, Asistencia a la Dirección o similar.
- Que seas una persona metódica, organizada y con capacidad para gestionar información confidencial.
- Que tengas una actitud resolutiva y con ganas de aprender
- Que tengas un buen manejo del paquete Office y del entorno Google
- Inglés: valorable un nivel medio alto

Your mission
As Director People & Culture, you will play a key role in transforming Sdui Group from a group of strong individual companies intoone aligned, scalable and high-performing organization.
You will shape and drive a group-wide People & Culture strategy that supports the company’s growth and buy-and-build journey, establishes a clear target culture and balances what must be central with what should remain local. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on change leadership and is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, brings clarity into dynamic environments and knows what a professional, scalable people setup looks like.
What You’ll Do
Build a scalable People & Culture foundation
- Shape a future-ready People & Culture setup that supports the company’s growth, group strategy and long-term ambitions
- Design and implement group-wide people processes, structures and systems that scale with growth while respecting local realities
- Establish reliable people data and analytics to enable transparency, clarity and informed decisions
- Build a performance-oriented culture through clear career, pay and appraisal frameworks
- Enable leaders with clear expectations, strong sparring and targeted development
- Act as a trusted advisor to CEO, CFO and leadership team on people, structure and change
- Define and anchor a clear target culture across the group
- Translate values and mindsets into everyday behaviors, rituals and leadership routines
- Strengthen engagement, clarity and belonging across teams and countries
- Shape and lead people-related change during acquisitions and integration phases
- Develop a repeatable people integration approach for new acquisitions
- Balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic impact
- Build trust across C-level, leadership teams and employees
- Extensive experiencebuilding and scalingPeople & Culture functions in international, fast-growing organizations, ideally in tech or software environments
- Strong background in leading organizations throughcomplex changephases such as growth, integrations or transformation
- Deep understanding of how to design scalable people processes, structures and systems while balancinggroup-wide standards with local needs
- Demonstrated ability to define, build and anchor astrong target cultureand translate it into everyday leadership behaviors and routines
- Experience partnering closely with senior leadership and acting as atrusted advisorto C-level stakeholders
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and complexity while bringingclarity, structure and momentum
- Strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English- additional languages are a plus
This role is anchored in one of our main hubs in Madrid, Girona, Hamburg, Berlin or Koblenz . We work in a hybrid setup, combining focused remote work with regular onsite presence (2–3 days per week) to enable strong collaboration, leadership visibility and cultural impact. Due to the group-wide nature of the role, frequent travel across Sdui Group locations is an integral part of the position.

Missions (Activités et tâches)
- Construire, proposer et piloter le projet pédagogique de l’ALSH
- Proposer et mettre en valeur les projets et activités du centre de loisirs
- Accueillir le public et les familles et les informer du fonctionnement de la structure
- Assurer la gestion administrative de l’espace jeunes (pointage logiciel, inscription nouveaux adhérent…)
- Travailler en transversalité avec les différents services communautaires et municipaux
- Organiser et participer aux réunions d’équipe
- Organiser et animer les activités ludiques, manuelles, éducatives, artistiques, sportives…
- Respect des règles de sécurité et des règles d’hygiène
- Organiser et assurer la direction les séjours de vacances durant la période estival
- Direction de l’accueil de loisirs en remplacement de la directrice.

La persona que buscamos debe tener: - Experiencia mínima demostrable de 3 años de experiencia en agencia.
- Perfil organizado, metódico y perfeccionista.
- Creatividad, comunicación, frescura y proactividad.
- Conocimientos sólidos de diseño y maquetación.
- Capacidad de conceptualización.
- Manejo de Adobe Creative Suite.
- Capacidad de creación/adaptación a diferentes estilos gráficos.
- Gran capacidad de ejecución.
- Capacidad de trabajo en todas las disciplinas (editorial, web, corporativo, digital...), no son necesarios conocimientos de programación, pero sí de diseño web para trabajar con desarrolladores.
- Realización de artes finales y retoque fotográfico.
- Autonomía y gestión de tiempo.

As a Game Designer, you will define how playable characters function, grow, and feel to play. Working closely with multiple disciplines, you will help ensure each character offers a clear identity, engaging mechanics, and a rewarding gameplay experience.
What you will do
- Design and develop playable characters, including abilities, kits, and gameplay roles.
- Prototype, implement, and iterate on character mechanics using proprietary tools.
- Collaborate closely with combat, systems, narrative, animation, and engineering teams to bring characters to life.
- Help balance and refine character gameplay across solo and multiplayer experiences.
- Contribute to progression, rewards, and mastery systems tied to character play.
- Playtest regularly and iterate based on feedback to improve clarity, balance, and fun.
- An experienced game designer with a background in character, combat, or gameplay systems, ideally on AAA titles.

Misión
Reportando al Consejo de Administración, liderará la Compañía en los planos estratégico, organizativo y operativo desde el diseño y planificación hasta su completa ejecución desplegando los objetivos definidos a corto, medio y largo plazo.
En concreto sus responsabilidades y funciones incluirán:
- Planificación Estratégica: definir el modelo de negocio y el plan estratégico en colaboración con el Consejo de Administración. Establecer y evaluar las líneas estratégicas y los objetivos de la organización. Realizar el seguimiento del plan de gestión y evaluar el cumplimiento de la estrategia. Identificar riesgos y oportunidades, planificando acciones para abordarlos.

- Desarrollo de Negocio: Definir y liderar la estrategia comercial y el desarrollo de negocio. Gestionar la relación comercial y apoyar la venta con clientes estratégicos. Liderar la presencia y notoriedad de la Organización en mercados target. Liderar la gestión de compras con los proveedores de materias primas, servicios y soluciones técnicas.
- Organización y RRHH: Participar en políticas de recursos humanos e impulsar el desarrollo organizacional y mejoras alineadas con la estrategia. Liderar la contratación.

Perfil del puesto
- Titulación universitaria superior: Licenciatura en Económicas o Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o similar, no descartándose otras formaciones.
- Formación adicional: Se valorará formación en gestión, MBA o similar.
- Experiencia: Al menos cinco años en posiciones de Gerencia con contenido semejante al indicado, en organizaciones que hayan gestionado procesos de crecimiento orgánico y/o inorgánico buscando diversificación y crecimiento en mercados internacionales.
- Idiomas: Imprescindible dominio de inglés (mínimo nivel Advanced).
- Perfil personal: visión estratégica, explorador de oportunidades y sinergias, orientación al cliente y resultados, dinamismo, flexibilidad, buena comunicación y fuerte capacidad de liderazgo para inspirar, traccionar equipos y proyectos, así como para desarrollar capacidades organizativas.
