Entre sus funciones se encuentra:
- Planificar, coordinar y supervisar las actividades de LIMBO, incluyendo el desarrollo de nuevos productos y la búsqueda de nuevos mercados.
- Gestionar la participación en concursos públicos y la comercialización de productos, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta su lanzamiento.

- Gestionar presupuestos, tarifas, facturación y autorizaciones comerciales.

Estos son los requisitos del puesto:

What you will do:
Brand Vision & Creative Direction
- Define and articulate LaFinteca’s current brand states and future visual direction as the business expands.
- Conduct independent research on competitors, industry benchmarks, design trends, and cultural signals.

- Investigación multi-mercado y local: Realizar estudios en distintos mercados europeos para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y matices culturales que informen la dirección estratégica.
- Briefing e ideación: Elaborar briefs estratégicos y liderar sesiones de brainstorming para inspirar a los equipos creativos.
- Liderazgo de pensamiento: Contribuir al conocimiento estratégico del equipo compartiendo buenas prácticas, frameworks y casos de estudio de diferentes mercados.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia: Mínimo 7 años en planificación estratégica en entornos de agencias creativas, idealmente con exposición a proyectos multi-mercado o en modelos centralizados.
- Experiencia en proyectos D2C, con foco en campañas orientadas a ventas y adquisición de clientes.
- Capacidad de localizar y analizar datos, identificar insights y traducirlos en estrategias y briefings creativos.
- Experiencia trabajando con clientes internacionales y adaptándose a diferentes contextos de mercado.
- Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés (C1 o superior). Otros idiomas europeos son un plus.
- Mentalidad creativa combinada con capacidad estratégica para inspirar equipos creativos y mantener el enfoque en objetivos de negocio.
- Fuertes habilidades de presentación.
- Pasión por las tendencias y la evolución del panorama digital.
- Idiomas: Inglés y español – nivel C1 o C2.
