Your area of responsibility:

• Complete order processing for the assigned markets, taking consideration of customer-specific requirements
• Advising customers via both telephone and email
• Coordination with other departments, in particular Supply Chain, Product Management and Accounting
• Post-processing and tracking of web orders
• Organization and coordination of device deliveries
• Complaint Management
  
  

Your profile:

• Very good knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and English, knowledge of German is an asset
• You have experience in the commercial area and a good technical understanding
• You are customer-oriented and eager to work in an international environment
• Structuring, coordinating and prioritizing belong to your strengths
• You are used to working independently but also enjoy working in a team
• You communicate clearly and remain professional and friendly in stressful situations
• The onboarding and familiarisation period will take place in Germany for approx. 3 - 6 months. After that, the place of work is Spain.

Grupo Palex es una empresa líder en el sector hospitalario y de sanidad, queremos incorporar en nuestro Departamento de Compras/Stocks ubicado en Sant Cugat del Vallès, a un/a gestor/a de Stocks/Compras.

Las principales funciones a desarrollar por la persona que se incorpore son las siguientes:

• Planificación y reaprovisionamiento de stocks.
• Gestión de todo el proceso de compra (Plazos de entrega, comunicación con almacén, contacto con los proveedores)
• Seguimiento de los envíos.
• Resolución de incidencias.
• Conformación de facturas de proveedor y de transportistas
  
  

Estamos buscando a una persona con experiencia previa en la gestión de stocks y compras, y comercio exterior, preferiblemente con procedencia del sector sanitario. También se valorará que tenga experiencia en el manejo de SAP y Excel, y un nivel alto de inglés ya que tendrá contacto directo con proveedores.

En cuanto al perfil, nos gustaría encontrar a una persona organizada, orientada al detalle, con actitud proactiva y buen miembro de equipo, con una clara orientación al servicio y a la calidad.
