• Gestión y seguimiento de los pedidos plataformas ecommerce a nivel operativo, así como de las incidencias que pudieran surgir. Revisión del stock para asegurar con fábrica disponemos del que indicamos en plataforma.
• Gestión de camiones directos. Previsión y planificación tanto con el proveedor como con fábrica. Realización del plano de carga y de la documentación necesaria. Actualización de los datos en dashboard. Elaboración de rutas para agrupar pedidos cuando sea posible.
• Nuevos mercados. Estudio ante la posibilidad de apertura de un nuevo país para gestionar las exportaciones e importaciones. Revisión de la documentación y gestión aduanera. Determinación de los códigos arancelarios para establecer aranceles e impuestos. Procedimientos y trámites especiales y obstáculos comerciales si los hubiera.
• Cálculo de portes, proporcionar cotización a clientes en base al pedido y condiciones logísticas del cliente y del país.
• Importación de materia prima internacional. Gestión con el proveedor y con la agencia de transporte, así como compras para determinar el servicio más adecuado. Proporcionar y revisar los documentos necesarios a nivel aduana y seguimiento del tránsito. Una vez recibimos la mercancía, gestión del almacenamiento de la mercancía junto con almacén.
• Gestión de DUAS con las agencias de transporte y administración.
• Seguimiento y exportación de pedidos a nivel internacional. Así como creación de envíos manuales, no integrados en sistema. Enviar POD cuando sea necesario. Resolución con el proveedor de transporte.
• Seguimiento, notificación y reclamación de pedidos con las partes involucradas.
• Resolución de los conflictos en el programa de expediciones para los envíos de manera que puedan ser expedidos sin problema.
• Gestión de renting de vehículos comerciales. Contacto con los proveedores de este servicio a nivel nacional e internacional para gestionar nuevos vehículos y vencimientos de los existentes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisión de Almacén y las actividades relacionadas con el manejo de inventario y existencias.
• Definición de los procesos para la gestión del stock, registro y seguimiento de los distintitos almacenes y usuarios. Para dar apoyo logístico a todas las necesidades de la empresa.
• Manejo de un volumen anual de compras de un millón de euros.
• Gestión de 500 referencias entre 25 proveedores.
• Manejo de sistemas ERP, valorable SAGE200.
• Supervisión de la gestión de la flota de vehículos.
• Supervisión y gestión de las necesidades de los inmuebles en las tiendas y oficinas (mantenimiento, gestión de incidencias, control de accesos, alarmas...).
• Garantizar el abastecimiento eficiente mediante la optimización de costes de materias primas, insumos y servicios para la operación de la empresa.
• Reporte de KPIs mensuales a dirección.
  
  

Requisitos

• Nivel alto de ofimática y programas de gestión.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos similares.
• Trabajo en equipo, habilidades de negociación, orientación a resultados, optimizador, proactivo/a y autonomía en la toma de decisiones.
• Valorable experiencia en el sector de las telecomunicaciones.

Dans le cadre de sa croissance, Hello Watt ouvre ses bureaux à Málaga! En collaboration directe avec Danny, le Country Launcher Espagne et les équipes RH en France, tu participeras à la croissance de notre deuxième bureau international.

DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE

Tu rejoins une équipe RH de 6 personnes, passionnée par les ressources humaines, avec un fonctionnement globalisé pour t’accompagner tout au long de ton aventure à Málaga. Ce V.I.E te permettra d'acquérir une expérience complète du métier des Ressources Humaines à l’international dans un contexte de forte croissance. Tu seras ainsi intégré.e aux sujets de recrutement, d'onboarding, d'administration et plus largement à l'ensemble des projets et initiatives permettant de transmettre notre culture à nos nouveaux collaborateurs à Málaga.

Le service RH est une fonction stratégique chez nous pour la bonne gestion de notre croissance ! Tu seras ainsi amené.e à collaborer avec l'ensemble de l'équipe RH tout au long de ton V.I.E.

Profil recherché
