Job Overview
Antima Group is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a new position to oversee the financial management of its Spanish operations. The CFO will report directly to the CEO of the Spanish operations and the CFO based in Norway. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the financial strategy and operations of the Spanish businesses while collaborating with the broader group leadership to ensure alignment with global objectives. Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: Develop and execute the financial strategy for the Spanish operations, ensuring alignment with the overall group strategy.Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the Spanish businesses, providing accurate and insightful financial reports to the CEO and Group CFO.Financial Operations: Ensure effective management of cash flow, accounts, and financial controls across the Spanish operations. Establish and maintain robust financial policies and procedures.Risk Management and Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with local legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.Group Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO in Norway to align financial strategies and reporting across the group.
