Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Care Representative role located in San Roque. The Client Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support, and satisfaction to clients. This includes managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and address customer needs effectively
• Previous experience in client care or customer service roles
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction recovery is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
