Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI-native products that leverage Generative and Agentic AI to transform and automate clinical trial workflows. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of clinical trials by orchestrating intelligent agents that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and accelerate trial timelines.
In this role, you will define the product roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and ensure that our AI-driven solutions deliver measurable value to clinical operations teams across the pharma and biotech landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from tech and business to build agentic capabilities from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and evolve the product vision for AI-powered clinical operations platforms, with a focus in agentic automation of workflows.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-fuanctional pods composed of AI scientists, ML engineers, software developer engineers, and UI/ UX researchers. Drive execution through agile methodologies, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clinical SMEs, regulatory teams, and business leaders, to define priorities, validate use cases, and ensure adoption. Define KPIs that measure impact on speed, quality, and cost of clinical trials.
- Innovative & Experimentation: Stay ahead of the curve on Gen AI and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI). Evaluate emerging tools and models for integration into the product stack.
- Process Optimization and Quality Management: Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline AI-driven workflows, reduce operational waste, and ensure high-quality delivery across the clinical trial lifecycle.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced tech or life sciences environment
- Deep understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and operations (e.g., clinical operations, site monitoring).
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ ML concepts, including, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver products in regulated envioronments
- Excellend communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field

The role entails

- Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y amenazas.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Formación universitaria ligada a MKT, ADE, Publicidad y RRPP, Comunicación o similar. Se valorará especialización en Product Management.
- Experiencia mínima de +5 años en gestión de producto financiero o roles relacionados (ingeniería, diseño o análisis de negocio) con fuerte enfoque en producto.
- Sólido conocimiento de los principios del desarrollo y metodologías Agile.
- Sólido conocimiento en análisis de mercado, benchmark y definición de propuestas.
- Conocimiento con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Asana, etc..) así como herramientas de analítica (Amplitude, Google Analytics…).
- Visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad de comunicación y negociación con diferentes stakeholders
- Pensamiento analítico y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.

- Cloud - Ubuntu in public and private clouds, promoting automation frameworks, and including technologies such as Kubernetes, MAAS, and LXD
- Telco - Open source for Telco's including technologies and standards related to Core Network, RAN/vRAN, SoNIC, DENT, and SmartNICs
- Finance - Open source solutions for financial institutions including trading platforms, blockchain technologies, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven analytics
- Automotive - Open source solutions for autonomous driving, in-vehicle infotainment, connected vehicles, and compliance with automotive industry standards such as ISO 26262 and ISO 21434

Location: These roles are home based in the EMEA time zone. You will be expected to be located in this region.
The role entails
- Lead the product development lifecycle, reviewing the priorities and goals for your product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Address common challenges across projects, align on priorities, enable informed decisions, and keep business execution on track

Actualmente estamos buscando un/a Ecommerce Product Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo Comercial Online, en nuestras oficinas en Barcelona.
¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?
- Seguimiento y análisis de las ventas, en base a los objetivos.
- Elaborar informes comerciales y proponer acciones para maximizar ventas.
- Analizar el performance por categorías, productos y mercados para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Velar por la correcta migración del catálogo, precios, reglas comerciales, promociones, atributos y arquitectura de categorías a Shopify.
- Colaborar con equipos de IT y Proyectos para asegurar la continuidad comercial durante la migración.
- Identificar riesgos, incidencias comerciales y áreas de mejora durante las pruebas UAT.
- Asegurar que la experiencia de usuario y el funnel comercial mejoran en Shopify.
- Asegurar una correcta carga, activación y optimización del catálogo en Shopify (precios, descripciones, atributos, imágenes, y clasificación).
¿Qué estamos buscamos?
- Una persona con título universitario en ADE, Finanzas, Economía, ADE o similar.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en una posición similar.
- Experiencia y conocimiento técnico en la plataforma de Ecommerce Shopify.
- Muy valorable experiencia en migraciones de plataforma Ecommerce a Shopify.
- Se valorarán formaciones de especialización: gestión de empresas de moda, comercio internacional, etc.
- Nivel avanzado de Excel y de inglés.
- Capacidad analítica, visión comercial, orientación a resultados y habilidades comunicativas.
