The Position
Purpose of the Role:
To drive product innovation and shape long-term business strategy by managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle. You will act as a strategic force, identifying emerging opportunities, assessing their commercial viability, and translating market needs into a cohesive, actionable roadmap that maximizes product value and accelerates growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Model Development: Assist in constructing and iterating on financial models (e.g., pricing strategy, cost analysis, ROI projections) to support business cases for product investments
- Support Innovation & Strategic Roadmap Development: Assist senior team members in research efforts to identify unmet user needs and market white spaces. Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing data-backed recommendations for innovative concepts to be included in the product roadmap
- Assist Commercial Viability Assessment: Support the team by conducting preliminary financial analysis (e.g., pricing, basic ROI modeling) and competitive benchmarking to assess the commercial viability of new features and product initiatives
- Contribute to Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Help draft key sections of GTM plans, including summarizing target customer profiles, developing positioning statements, and documenting pricing strategies for new product launches
- Product Management Operational Support: Provide crucial assistance to Product Managers with operational tasks, such as gathering user feedback, summarizing requirements, and maintaining the product backlog to ensure execution aligns with the core product vision
- Cross-Functional Documentation: Support effective collaboration by documenting key decisions, summarizing meeting outcomes, and creating clear communication materials to ensure alignment between Design, Engineering, and Business teams
Your day will revolve around two main areas: Data-Driven Strategy and Cross-Functional Alignment. You'll dedicate significant time to analyzing market trends, reviewing product KPIs, and refining financial models to assess the commercial viability of innovative ideas. The rest of your time will be spent actively supporting and reporting what's going on across the product lifecycle. This involves collaborating frequently with Designers, Developers, other PMs, and Go-to-Market teams (including research) to synthesize feedback, align on execution, and translate complex numerical findings into clear, actionable reports and strategic recommendations.

The role
