The Role

🌟 Tu misión: formando parte de nuestro equipo de Servicios, tendrás la oportunidad de responsabilizarte de gestionar y optimizar el desarrollo, despliegue y rentabilidad del portfolio de recambios y del nuevo portfolio de servicios de mantenimiento IoT y digitalización.
Las responsabilidades principales incluyen:
- Ampliar el alcance del portfolio a nuevos mercados y segmentos.
- Elaborar y gestionar el Roadmap, garantizando la incorporación de nuevas ofertas y estableciendo alianzas para crear la mejor oferta de servicios, diferenciada y competitiva, en colaboración con los mejores partners del mercado.
- Interactuar con clientes para identificar correctamente las necesidades y tendencias del mercado.
- Colaborar, formar y potenciar el conocimiento de la oferta de servicios entre los equipos comerciales para potenciar la venta y desarrollar los programas de crecimiento de ventas.
- Diseñar bundles combinando productos y servicios para enriquecer la propuesta de valor.
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevos canales de distribución, tanto online como offline.
- Dinamizar el portfolio con actividades de marketing.
- Optimizar el portfolio actual de recambios.
- Ayudar a optimizar la cadena logística y la planificación de inventarios para reducir costes y mejorar el nivel de servicio.
💼 Lo que buscamos: formación universitaria con conocimientos específicos en ventas y/o marketing, y una actitud proactiva y orientada a cliente y resultados. Es necesario disponer de:
- Titulación universitaria a nivel de Ingeniería, ADE o similar, preferentemente con posgrado en ventas y/o Marketing.
- Competencia avanzada en MS Office (especialmente Excel) y herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, Tableau).
- Nivel de inglés: mínimo First Certificate, idealmente Advanced.
- Conocimientos de sistemas CRM como Salesforce y ERP como SAP.
- Experiencia entre 3-5 años en departamentos de marketing y/o comerciales, supply chain o desarrollo de negocio, desarrollando funciones similares, preferiblemente en entornos B2B.
- Valorable experiencia en servicios de digitalización y/o gestión de recambios, optimización de cadenas de suministro o de productos técnicos, así como experiencia en el desarrollo de estrategias de go-to-market, tanto online como offline.
