MICE Account Manager – H10 Palacio Colomera

H10 Hotels is looking for a MICE Account Manager to join the team at H10 Palacio Colomera in Córdoba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming RFPs, securing new business opportunities, and overseeing the successful execution of confirmed groups and events.

Responsiblities

• Handle and respond to MICE RFPs, ensuring a high conversion rate and strong client relationships.
• Manage the entire event process, from proposal to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional service.
• Monitor and report on event performance and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and client meetings to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in MICE sales and/or event operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a client-facing role and build long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
