What You Will Do
- Strategic planning: Develop and communicate a clear technology vision along with a roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities to apply technology to optimise efficiency, productivity and competitiveness.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to understand their needs, goals and challenges. Promote a culture of teamwork and creativity that drives organisational success.
- Project management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of technology projects, ensuring compliance with budget, timelines and quality standards. Lead and support project teams in each phase.
- Change management: Facilitate organisational adaptation by promoting the adoption of new technologies and processes. Provide training and support for a smooth transition and to ensure user satisfaction.
- Performance monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions. Monitor results and make data-driven decisions to optimise processes and outcomes.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology initiatives, including security, compliance and data privacy issues. Create contingency plans to minimise disruptions and protect the interests of the business.
- Degree in electronics / automotive / mechanical / other engineering.
- Expertise in ECU Software Development: Strong knowledge in vehicle control software, embedded systems, and programming in C/C++, AUTOSAR, and software architecture models.
- Familiarity with Automotive Industry Standards: Understanding of industry standards, such as ISO 26262 (functional safety) and ASPICE, as well as cybersecurity and connectivity regulations in automotive.
- Data Analytics and Decision-Making: Ability to establish performance metrics and leverage data to assess and optimize technology solutions.
- Risk Management: Skill in identifying risks, especially regarding security and compliance, and in designing mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
- Complex Technical Project Management: Expertise in managing end-to-end software projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Change Management and Digital Transformation: Experience in implementing technology changes and supporting teams in adopting new tools, methodologies, or systems.
