Position Summary:
Our Consumer Engagement Service IT MSE Team partners with Nestlé Zones, Markets, and Businesses worldwide to unlock value in Marketing, Sales, and eBusiness (MSE) through the innovative application of digital technology.
We specialize in the selection, delivery, support, and optimization of CES Products, Programs, and comprehensive solutions. By acting as a bridge between MSE products and Nestlé’s business operations, we foster strong partnerships that ensure seamless integration and collaboration.

Join our dynamic IT CES team as a Business Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in connecting our IT department with the business unit for Nestlé Dolce Gusto (NDG). This position offers a unique chance to influence digital transformation and drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement and business efficiency.
What you’ll do
Contribution to IT Strategy:
- Under the guidance of the Community of Practice Lead in the business and Product Manager, support the development of IT strategies through incremental product improvements.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Dolce Gusto team to monitor project progress, resource usage, and funding, addressing any issues or variances.
- Ensure adherence to governance functions related to portfolios, aligning with enterprise guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into IT solutions.
- Facilitate design sessions, solutioning workshops, and MVP testing throughout the lifecycle from demand to delivery.
- Assess near-term needs using structured interviews and consumer research to prioritize opportunities. Consult with product teams on solutions, advising on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on business processes.
- Support strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders alongside the BRM and Product Manager.
- Assist the CES global team in meeting Risk, Compliance & Security standards using Nestlé's IT compliance tools and frameworks.
- Monitor IT support provided by the Product team to ensure smooth operation of solutions in markets and quick resolution of issues. Foster adoption of solutions by involving relevant teams to enhance value delivery.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce.
- Agile mindset and methodology experience is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills at various organizational levels, fluency in English required.
- Strong result-oriented focus with a proactive approach to driving progress and ensuring attention to detail in project delivery.
- Ability to make informed decisions on technical matters for existing and new business requests.
- Communicate the benefits of Marketing, Sales & eBusiness Digital technologies effectively.
- Ability to identify bold opportunities and advocate for them with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic prioritization and governance initiatives.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience working with global development teams.
- Are certified as Salesforce Admin.
- Have experience with Amazon Connect, and other IT solutions.
- Familiarity with industry trends and innovation.
- Project management experience.
