Your Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to enhance their experience
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions
- Accurately document customer interactions to improve future service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on products and service techniques
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a helpful attitude
- Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Problem-solving abilities coupled with a positive approach
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture
