En Grupo Biblu estamos buscando un/a Responsable de Recursos Humanos para unirse a nuestro equipo en las oficinas de Valencia. Somos un grupo formado por varias empresas orientadas al sector de la Hostelería, Turismo, La salud, Termalismo y Desarrollo Rural.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
· Definir la estrategia de recursos humanos junto con la Dirección General.
· Gestionar la selección de personal del Grupo Biblu (Definición de perfiles, publicación de ofertas, criba curricular y entrevistas de personal).
· Administración de personal y contratación (Gestión de altas, bajas y variaciones, contratos, despidos, nóminas y finiquitos).
· Gestión de Seguros Sociales (Envío, Recepción y Corrección de errores).
· Presentación de Modelos 111 y 190.
· Gestión de incidencias con las Administraciones (TGSS, INSS, JUZGADOS, AEAT).
· Gestión y control de incapacidades y accidentes.
· Control de bonificaciones y subvenciones a la contratación.
· Asistencia a dudas, consultas e incidencias del personal.
· Gestión de la formación.
· Gestionar y supervisar la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales de los centros de trabajo (cursos, reconocimientos médicos, EPIS…).
· Administración de personal y contratación junto con asesoría externa para uno de los centros.
· Contacto con los servicios jurídicos externos y apoyo documental para la gestión de trámites.
· Visitas a los Centros Operativos para la implantación, seguimiento y control de los diferentes proyectos.
· Asesoramiento laboral a los centros operativos y apoyo en la gestión de personal.
· Control y gestión de pedidos de uniformes.
· Desarrollo de los presupuestos anuales de rrhh y análisis junto con los Directores Operativos y la Dirección General.
· Presentación de informes mensuales sobre el control de costes de los centros.
· Gestión, control y supervisión del trabajo del equipo de rrhh a cargo.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
· Titulación Universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Psicología o similar.
· Valorable Máster en Dirección y Gestión de RRHH.
· Experiencia previa en el puesto de al menos 3 años, preferiblemente en el sector de Hostelería y Turismo.
· Dominio de herramientas de gestión de personal y conocimientos del programa de nóminas A3 Equipo y valorable conocimientos de NIVIMU.
· Persona comprometida y proactiva, con habilidades de liderazgo y con gran capacidad organizativa y resolutiva.
· Disponibilidad para viajar a los centros operativos, situados en las provincias de Teruel y Guadalajara.
· Carnet de conducir.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
· Contrato de interinidad para la cobertura de baja por maternidad.
· Horario flexible: Entrada 8 a 9 horas, salida 17 a 18 horas con 1 hora para comer, de lunes a jueves. Viernes de 8 a 15 h. En los meses de julio y agosto horario de lunes a viernes de 8 a 15 horas.

What You'll Do
- Be the client's main point of contact: You'll be the friendly face our clients look forward to hearing from. You'll manage client relationships, ensuring they're thrilled with our services and continuously supported
- Drive client success: Understand client goals, provide regular updates on their business health metrics (Shopify revenue, CAC, blended ROAS, etc.), and identify opportunities for upselling additional services

- Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with our specialist teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Whether it's strategy design, implementation, or campaign optimization, you'll be in the loop and ready to jump in
- Great communicator: You can translate complex data into simple, actionable insights. You're clear, concise, and personable
- Project management pro: You're organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Platform savvy: You know your way around at least one ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or ecommerce tool (Shopify, Google Analytics). You don't have to know them all, but you should know enough to hold your own in a conversation

REQUISITOS:

- Source best possible deals to maximise visiblity and minimse costs
- Provide full logistic support to all events globally with occasional travel to major events
- Be responsible for the event budget planning and execution constantly monitoring and adjusting it accordingly

The job in brief
After an introduction period in Denmark and other NORMAL Markets, you will first of all be part of the opening of new stores in Spain and the hiring and training of store managers and staff for the stores. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our stores are run in accordance with our NORMAL values and concept, generating the true NORMAL customer experience.
We opened the first stores in Spain November 2023 and we now have 16 Spanish store and many more we come. You will part of the Area Manager team and you will work closely together with the Country Manager and HQ team in Spain as well as your colleagues at HQ in Denmark. We are looking for an outgoing, people-minded, sales-driven decisionmaker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Areas Of Responsibilities
As an Area Manager, you will be hands-on involved in many different tasks and not two days will be the same.
Your tasks will include:
- Acting as a role model living the NORMAL culture and values;
- Optimizing sales and implementing best practice in your stores and the region;
- Supporting and coaching your stores, focusing on sales and customer experience;
- Recruiting, training, developing and coaching store manages within your region;
- Coordinating and taking action on sales and operations aligned with the management at HQ in Denmark;
- Overall management of all stores within your region.
We expect you to have experience with working as as Area Manager, District Manager or similar in the retail industry. We value a sense of urgency, the ability to get people involved, and work with constant focus on sales as well as people. You must be able to handle various task of varying complexity, always with a smile and a can-do attitude. Travelling should be expected to some degree.
About You
- You have a strong retail background from the Spanish market and a desire to be hands-on involved in the business;
- You thrive in creating excellent customer experiences in the stores together with your team;
- Through good leadership skills, you will work constantly to support your stores and staff;
- Your management style has a human focus, always focusing on the task at hand;
