Company Description

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager for a private property located in the tranquil and picturesque region of Sinariega, Asturias, approximately 100 km from Oviedo. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional with experience managing five-star hotels, capable of creating a resort-like experience on this private, remote estate.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Hotel Manager. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations, including customer service, budgeting, sales, food & beverage management, and receptionist duties. They will ensure the smooth running of the hotel, manage staff, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

🕵️♂️Operations Management: Oversee the estate's infrastructure and daily operations, with an initial focus on the cleaning, gardening, and maintenance departments (excluding food and bevera

e).
🧑🤝🧑Sta Supervision: Lead a team of up to 5 full-time employees and manage external contractors as

needed.
📈Renovations and Protocols: Lead current renovations and develop operational manuals and protocols for the team to ensure high standards of luxury. Once established, the candidate will be responsible for their ongoing main

enance.
📣Independent Communication: Be a self-sucient individual who communicates with the owner only to propose new ideas or p

ojects.
🏡Property Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of technical systems (electricity, plumbing, security), landscaping, and the overall safety and cleanliness of the

estate.
💶Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, optimize expenses, and produce monthly financial and planning

eports.
💎Quality Control: Implement and maintain high standards across all areas, ensuring that sta performance meets the expectations of a five-star p

operty.
🚧Project Management: Supervise repair, construction, and improvement projects as necessary, while preserving the estate’s serene envi
