Exciting cybersecurity SaaS start-up are looking for a Customer Success Director in Valencia. You will lead and scale the customer success function. This is a strategic role, ensuring clients receive maximum value from their solutions while driving retention and expansion. You will be responsible for developing customer success strategies, managing a high-performing team, and building strong client relationships. They're looking for someone who can drive human value into their customer success function.
We're open to people who would be interested in relocating to Valencia too.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a customer success strategy that enhances customer experience, retention, and growth.
- Build and lead a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring best-in-class service.
- Define and track key metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Own and enhance customer onboarding, engagement, and renewal processes.
About You:
- Proven experience in a customer success leadership role, within a SaaS scale-up.
- Commercial and revenue focused.
- Strong track record of driving customer retention and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement customer success strategies at scale.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-driven approach with experience using customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero etc).
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
