• Define the project governance arrangements together with the project owner and sponsors and lead the projects teams to successful work execution using different Project Management techniques.
• Manage and monitor the project scope, its requirements, deliverables, timescales and benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Manage the project’s budget together with finance, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the project progresses.
• Plan and maintain project schedules and proactively initiate corrective actions when needed and regularly report on project status.
• Ensure there is allocation of common resources and skills for the project and apply agile ways of working to the projects where suitable.
• Ensure effective quality assurance for the deliverables, mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Make the arrangement for project documentation on the recommendation and specification of the owner and ensure that specifications are met, whilst suggesting strategies to achieve the project goals.

• The jobholder would functionally report in the Sustainable Grow Organization to the Central Engineering Manager
• The jobholder will coordinate the activities of the Project Managers, that are dedicated to Execute new SGS/TWM solutions for our customers and will report to the jobholder

Descripción

• Analizar y evaluar los procesos de negocio existentes y las oportunidades de mejora.
• Trabajarás de la mano con el ingeniero de proyectos apoyando al servicio técnico.
• Desarrollar y mejorar el procedimiento de escalado de tickets de soporte de nivel 1 a nivel 2.
• Ayudar en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias y soluciones de negocio.
• Colaborar con los equipos internos para entender los requerimientos del negocio y desarrollar soluciones a medida.
• Realizar análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos para soportar las decisiones del negocio.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Titulación en Ingeniero/a Informático, telecomunicaciones, industrial u otras ingenierías o disciplinas técnicas afines.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia profesional como Analista, Analista-programador, Technical Project Manager o llevando a cabo un rol técnico-funcional.
• Experienci en programación: .NET o C++
• Habilidades sólidas de análisis y resolución de problemas.
• Experiencia trabajando con PowerBI y metodología Scrum.
• Excelente habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.
• Conocimiento del sector industrial / manufacturero será valorado positivamente.
