We are hiring Visual Designers for Brand and Design Systems, to join our mission to turn complex, open-source software into efficient, intuitive products that can change how complex systems are built and conceptions of what open source is capable of. We are looking for exceptional designers, who share our passion for impacting the lives of millions of engineers, enterprises, entrepreneurs and consumers every day. These roles sit in our central Design team, who help and learn from each other while working closely with colleagues throughout the organization.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.

The role entails

With a diverse team of design colleagues, you will work on a variety of projects evolving our brand guidelines and applying them to communications materials, our UI design system, and graphic design for digital products.

Clear, stylish presentation that aids the user experience of our products is how we raise the bar and reach the widest audience. Real content and information will be at the core of the designs you produce. You know the ins and outs of design and quality heuristics, and you care deeply about usability, accessibility and web standards. You should have agency, company or freelance design experience.

Director/a General – Proyecto IMA Operaciones Logísticas

Importante grupo del sector logístico, especializado en servicios para sectores regulados, busca incorporar un/a Director/a General para liderar una fase clave de transformación, consolidación y retorno a la rentabilidad. La posición ofrece un alto nivel de autonomía, impacto directo en el negocio y una estrecha colaboración con la propiedad.

Responsabilidades principales:

Dirección General y Estrategia:

• Definir y ejecutar el plan estratégico del negocio logístico.
• Actuar como nexo operativo entre el órgano de gobierno y la organización (empresa familiar)
• Liderar un proyecto de transformación y consolidación a medio plazo (3–5 años).

Gestión Operativa:

• Dirección y coordinación de varios centros logísticos multicliente.
• Garantizar la excelencia operativa, calidad de servicio y cumplimiento de SLAs.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas propias de sectores regulados.

Gestión de Personas:

• Liderar y desarrollar equipos con una base relevante de mandos intermedios jóvenes.
• Implantar un modelo de liderazgo cercano, estructurado y orientado al desarrollo.
• Crear orden, estructura y accountability manteniendo una cultura de cercanía.
• Favorecer la retención de talento y la estabilidad organizativa.

Gestión Económico-Financiera:

Relación con la Propiedad:

Perfil requerido

Experiencia:

• Experiencia previa como Director/a General, CEO o posición equivalente.

• Experiencia demostrable en procesos de transformación y mejora de rentabilidad.
• Experiencia en organizaciones con estructuras complejas.

Formación:

• Formación superior (Ingeniería, ADE, Logística o similar).
• Valorable formación de posgrado en gestión o dirección.
