The Product Designer is responsible for building the UI and maintaining UX best practices across all our products. Requisitos:

• +6 años de experiencia diseñando productos digitales
• Te manejas con Figma como pez en el agua
• Conoces metodologías molonas como: Service design, design thinking, system thinking, design futures…
• Ambición de participar en proyectos internacionales y, por tanto, que te manejes perfectamente en inglés.
• Amor por el cuidado y atención del detalle.
• Te adaptas bien en ambientes cambiantes y situaciones de incertidumbre
• Experiencia en gestión y desarrollo de equipo pero que no se te caigan los anillos si hay que bajar al barro.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business, etc.) to gather and translate user needs into detailed product requirements.
• Assist in the creation, testing, and refinement of snapland’s urbanism-related data products.

Market & User Research:

• Conduct market research to understand urbanism trends and customer needs within the real estate industry.
• Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Customer Engagement:

• Support the customization process of snapland’s products to meet specific customer requirements.
• Contribute to onboarding new clients and ensuring their ongoing success with the product.

Project Management:

• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure the smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and business objectives.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning (specialized in Urbanism), or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience in product management or a related role.
• Practical knowledge of urbanism and the real estate industry.
• Comfort working with large datasets and advanced technological tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience in client-facing roles or customer success is an advantage.
