In this role you will:

• Be paired with and mentored by one of our Senior Product Designers who, together with your line manager and other design leaders will be supporting and guiding you towards becoming an exceptional Product Designer.

Funciones:

Definir proyectos alineados al roadmap de Negocio/Producto:

• Participar en la definición de nuevas iniciativas para la mejora del producto.
• En productos externos (Web, APPs, Microsites): aportar en la evolución de funcionalidades enfocadas en la experiencia del usuario y su fidelización.
• En productos internos (CMS y herramientas para la redacción): contribuir a la mejora de flujos de trabajo de periodistas y editores, escuchando activamente sus necesidades.
• Recoger requisitos de distintas áreas (Negocio, Editorial, Marketing, SEO, Analítica, Publicidad y Ventas), sintetizándolos de manera clara para traducirlos en funcionalidades y tareas de desarrollo.
• Colaborar con UX en entrevistas y test de usuarios, recopilando insights valiosos para incorporar al producto.
• Favorecer la alineación de los equipos con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
• Comunicar periódicamente avances, bloqueos y aprendizajes al Head of Product, proporcionando una visión clara del estado de cada producto.

Seguimiento y validación del producto:

• Mantener una comunicación constante con los equipos de UX, UI, Desarrollo, Analítica y SEO para el seguimiento diario de los proyectos.
• Asistir a dailies, weeklies y otras ceremonias ágiles para garantizar la visibilidad y trazabilidad de los desarrollos.
• Validar funcionalidades en entornos de pre-producción, poniendo foco en la usabilidad, los objetivos de negocio y la coherencia editorial.
• Reportar incidencias y realizar su seguimiento a través de la herramienta de soporte correspondiente.

Planificación de la puesta en producción:

• Participar en la coordinación del Go To Market del producto junto con los stakeholders involucrados.
• Asegurar que la comunicación sobre nuevas funcionalidades llegue adecuadamente a los usuarios internos (redacción) o externos (usuarios finales).

Análisis de KPIs y evolución del producto:

• Apoyar en el análisis de métricas clave para detectar oportunidades de mejora.
• Evaluar, junto al Head of Product, el rendimiento de cada producto tras su lanzamiento.
• Observar tendencias del mercado y avances tecnológicos aplicables, reportando hallazgos relevantes.

Requisitos:

• Formación universitaria superior, preferiblemente en Ingeniería, Comunicación o Marketing.
• Valorable formación específica en Product Management o gestión de productos.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años con enfoque en producto digital.
• Deseable experiencia previa en el sector de medios de comunicación.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.

• Hacer el seguimiento del presupuesto y proveedores, una vez esté aprobado por su responsable directo, para garantizar su implementación en el tiempo y presupuesto estipulado.
