La FUEIB és una entitat que gestiona serveis universitaris i projectes orientats al desenvolupament econòmic i social de les Illes Balears. Actualment, cercam una persona per incorporar-se al servei de Recursos Humans com a Tècnic/a laboral.

Què faràs?

- Gestió integral del cicle laboral: altes, baixes, revisió i formalització de contractes, novacions, desvinculacions, etc..

- Redacció i tramitació de documentació legal i laboral: sancions, acomiadaments, permisos de paternitat i maternitat, excedències, permís de lactància, etc.

- Coordinació amb l’assesoria laboral externa.

- Seguiment i aplicació de la normativa laboral vigent i les polítiques internes de recursos humans.

- Supervisió del compliment de les condicions de treball: jornades, descansos, retribucions, etc.

- Realització d’altres tasques administratives relacionades amb l’àmbit laboral.

- Participació en la implementació de projectes transversals del servei de Recursos Humans.

Què cercam?

- Formació en Relacions Laborals, Dret o similar.

- Experiència prèvia mínima de 2 anys en un lloc similar.

- Capacitat d’organització i autonomia en la gestió de tasques amb terminis definits.

- Coneixements actualitzats en matèria de legislació laboral.

- Bon domini d’eines informàtiques d’ofimàtica i gestió.

Valorarem positivament:

- Haver treballat en una assessoria laboral o similar.

- Coneixements d’ús de software de Recursos Humans.

Què t’oferim:

- Retribució de 2.318,11 € bruts mensuals, amb pagues extres incloses.

About The Job

We are seeking a Receptionist M/F to join our dynamic team at Montesol Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:

• Greet and assist all guest as soon as they come in.
• Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services.
• Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalised service adapted to each request.
• Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards.
• In coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints.
• Ensure the good communication and coordination between the hotel's departments (Housekeeping, and F&B).
• Coordinate security at the front desk in order to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, goods and material, including key inventory and guest’s belongings.
• Participate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox by replying and redirecting emails.
• Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submitting operational reports on time.
• Ensure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasant.
• Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.

About The Job

Schedule: Nights (23h-07h).

Permanent contract : 40hrs per week. Salary according to agreement.

• We are seeking a Night Receptionist M/F to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Welcome and assist guests during nighttime hours as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
• Handle all reception operations during the night shift: late check-ins, early check-outs, invoicing, and providing accommodation information and concierge services.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries during the night, ensuring a personalized service that meets their needs.
• Oversee the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night, including monitoring access, managing key inventory, and ensuring the proper storage of guest belongings.
• Perform regular security checks throughout the premises, ensuring a safe environment for all guests and staff.
• Prepare and verify daily reports such as night audits, ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational records.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments (Housekeeping, F&B) for smooth transitions between shifts and ensure early morning requests are met.
• Manage customer complaints in coordination with the Front Office Manager, ensuring issues are documented and addressed appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk and hotel entrance during the night.
• Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the night operations are managed efficiently, including responding to emails and preparing operational reports.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

• Flexibility and adaptability to the unique challenges of nighttime operations.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in handling guest interactions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs during quieter hours.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems (PMS: Oracle, Opera, Micros).
• Advanced English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is an asset (French will be highly valuated)
• A keen understanding of safety and security protocols.
