SunRock Biopharma, a biopharmaceutical company specialized in the development of therapeutic antibodies for cancer treatment, is selecting a Ph.D. in Life-Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or Medicine) for immediate incorporation to its technical team in Santiago de Compostela.

Candidates must have a provable experience as researchers in tumor biology including a direct involvement in drug discovery, preferably obtained within the pharmaceutical industry and/or industrial settings, beyond an academic environment. Experience in management of R&D projects will be highly valued.

The selected candidate will work directly for the CSO and the PMO manager of the company and will be responsible of guaranteeing the correct development of assigned projects.

Among these responsibilities, the selected candidate will:

• Monitor the activities corresponding to each project.
• Periodically assess every progress and communicate and discuss them at Technical Boards.
• Actively participate in the application and fulfilling of Grants, Funds and Patents.
• Comprehensive project management: identification of public/private calls and funding opportunities, technical assistance to the implementation, structuring, monitoring, evaluation and justification of research projects.
  
  

It is also indispensable mastery over written and spoken Spanish and English for the daily development of the assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• PhD in life-sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or Medicine).
• Experience in the oncology field.
