This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Salamanca. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as technical support, information technology services, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support.


Qualifications

  • Technical Support and System Administration skills
  • Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in Help Desk Support
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus
