Responsabilidades 🦷😁:
- Ser el rostro de Impress, saludar a los clientes, explicar nuestro producto, opciones de financiamiento y guiar a los clientes a través de los plazos y expectativas.
- Cumplir con tus objetivos de ventas, asegurar que alcances tus metas de conversión de ventas y proporcionar atención al paciente de primera clase para que todos los pacientes estén emocionados de comenzar el tratamiento.
- Cumplir o superar tus KPIs mensuales. Resolver problemas o cualquier inconveniente relacionado con los pacientes en colaboración con el equipo de la clínica o equipos de la sede según sea necesario.
- Conectar y formar una conexión genuina con nuestros clientes.
- Responder a todas las llamadas y correos electrónicos con un sentido de urgencia.
- Hacer seguimiento a los clientes potenciales y mantenerlos en un pipeline para futuras ocasiones.
- Automotivación y hambre por el éxito. Nunca aceptar resultados inferiores a "Impresionante"
Requisitos 🏥🤗:
- +3 años de experiencia trabajando en el área comercial.
- Se valora una experiencia previa en sectores como : automoción, dental, seguros, educación.
- Confianza al presentar nuestro producto y abordar con precisión las preguntas e inquietudes de un cliente.

We’re looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the designated area and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Coordinate and oversee audits, tax filings, and other financial activities.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key metrics and benchmarks.
- Lead and mentor finance team members for the designated area, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in similar position.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the controlling function within the designated area of the company, overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role involves providing strategic guidance to senior management based on financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
- Identify key business drivers and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for planning and analysis purposes.
Financial Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with accounting teams to reconcile financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Present financial results and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Strategic Planning:
- Participate in strategic planning processes by providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct financial modeling to assess potential risks and returns.
- Assist in developing long-term financial plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Controlling and Performance Management:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior financial role, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
