For one of our main customers we are looking for an Merchandising Specialist. The role as an Online Store Site Merchandiser is to plan and drive online performance and customer satisfaction by managing our Store site experience and sales conversions in partnership with Site Merchandising Operations, Production Operations and various other business / marketing teams.

- Hours: 08:00 - 17: 00h / Flexibility (40 hours)

- Salary range : 30K-35K
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining the Site Merchandising content plan and aligning with key local & regional stakeholders (business owners) to ensure key products, promotions and customer messages are present.
- Ownership of the end-to-end customer journey: ensuring products, services, sales motions and customer messages are clear and accurate.
- Working with our Site Merchandising Operations team to creating thorough and accurate briefs via merchandising tools to ensure the Production Operations team update the storefront appropriately.
- Use analytics tools, customer verbatim and market trends to turn data into insights and share with the worldwide Microsoft Stores team.
- Partner to develop and implement ‘test and learn’ frameworks to optimize site performance and site experience.
- Keep up-to-date with online and ecommerce marketing trends in the region and globally, and develop programs and testing solutions to optimize site performance.
- Partner with key stakeholders to influence and coordinate merchandizing activities required for campaigns and key sales beats o (primary responsibility for this sits within Site Merchandising Operations team).
Required Skills:
- A deep understanding of e-tailers and ecommerce in Spain or Italy, both current and emerging, with the ability to translate marketing needs into program execution to drive store performance.
- Deep familiarity with customer data and consumer insights; high degree of comfort with sales data analysis.

- Passionate about the customer with a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior.
- Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable learning data analysis tools.

Languages:
- Fluent Spanish or Italian speaker (C2 CEFR level) with excellent communication skills tailored for audience as well as proficiency in English (C1 level).

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the strategy for the product portfolio by considering market needs and competitiveness.
- Assist in the development of product differentiation plan and positioning strategy based on company, competitor and market analysis and manage the definitions of the specifications.
- Support development of new products, services and business by deriving insights from the customer and company's perspective.
- Support the preparation of advanced technologies and investment direction based on the mid- to long-term commercialization concept and roadmap and assist in securing of the business capability for the future.
Skills needed:
- Strong analytical, organizational and reporting skills for a fast-paced environment, with the ability to analyse, prioritize and solve problems. Superior rigor and attention to details, able to work under pressure and intensive deadlines; project and process management experience will be a plus.
- Dynamic personality and high communication level, both verbal and written skills, to be able to interact with colleagues throughout the division and company, team work spirit and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study, BA, Economics, Marketing or similar fields.
- Equivalent work experience will be a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office environment, specially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with other tech tools in similar industries as consumer electronics, FMCG, technology or retail would be a plus.
- Mandatory demonstrable Fluent English level.
