Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers by responding to inquiries and providing effective solutions
- Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Manage and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
- Adhere to established procedures and quality standards
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- No prior experience needed; complete training will be provided
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude with effective problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
