NNormal is a sportswear brand arises from the partnership of Camper, a family-run business with more than 145 years of experience in footwear production and design, and Kilian Jornet, one of the best mountain athletes in the world.
The combination of Kilian’s unique vision of the outdoor environment with Camper’s knowledge in innovation, design and shoemaking delivered in the launch of this brand whose name comes from the combination of Nor-Way and Mal-lorca where its equipment is designed and tested.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Director to lead our brand's strategic growth from a small trail running niche to a well-established midsize global outdoor brand. The successful candidate will spearhead our global sales initiatives, manage product merchandising, and oversee sales operations. This executive role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing complex sales channels and driving brand expansion on a global scale.
This position reports directly to the CEO and is part of the Executive Committee.
Responsibilities
- Global Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy that targets significant growth across EU, USA, China, and other key international markets. Oversee all sales channels, including direct markets, wholesale, ecommerce, and distribution partnerships.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the outdoor industry to enhance brand visibility and market share. Implement initiatives that increase brand engagement and drive revenue growth in line with company objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team. Ensure alignment of goals and effective collaboration across diverse sales channels and regions.
- Product Merchandising: Oversee the product merchandising function, ensuring a coherent strategy that aligns with market demands and brand values. Work closely with product development teams to drive innovation and respond to consumer needs.
- Sales Operations: Optimize sales processes and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement across all sales channels.
Required
- Proven experience in managing global sales teams across various sales channels, including ecommerce, wholesale, and direct markets.
- Strong background in the outdoor industry, with a passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of market trends.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Experience in product merchandising and sales operations management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
