About Us:

We are a leading landscaping company based in Missouri, specializing in high-quality services for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated recruiter to help us find qualified, seasonal workers in Puerto Rico to join our team for the busy season in Missouri (March to December). As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring talented workers to support our operations in Missouri.

Job Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting temporary workers in Puerto Rico to travel to Missouri for seasonal landscaping work. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and experience working in recruitment or human resources. This is a remote, hourly position with the opportunity to earn commission based on the number of successful recruits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates in Puerto Rico for temporary landscaping positions in Missouri.
  • Conduct interviews (via phone or video) to assess candidates' skills, availability, and interest in seasonal work.
  • Ensure candidates understand job requirements, seasonal work expectations, and relocation details.
  • Maintain an organized database of recruited employees and track the hiring process.
  • Provide ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring and relocation process.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop strategies for attracting and retaining seasonal workers.
  • Work with other departments to ensure timely placement of workers in Missouri.
  • Provide support to workers before and during their travel to Missouri to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or staffing, preferably in a high-turnover environment.
  • Familiarity with the Puerto Rican labor market and the ability to connect with local job seekers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build relationships.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and meet recruitment goals.
  • Familiarity with seasonal work arrangements or temporary staffing is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $20,000-$25,000 (depending on experience) plus commission
