As our new Project Manager your key responsibilities will, among other things, be to:
- Report and follow up the different assigned projects.
- Communicate with the customer to follow up the status of the project. Cost, Schedule, and Quality control of the assigned project.
- Coordination role on project activities with other internal department.
- Preparation of Communication material and keeping updated the sharepoint project site.
- Preparation of related processes technical documentation
- Support on project IT tool development and deployment, preparing user stories, getting user requirements and following up on the validation and roll out.
- Collaborative and open-minded
- Understanding the big picture, pragmatic approach
- Able to establish formal as well as informal networks
- Able to communicate adequately on all levels of the organization
- Experience in engineering projects (+1 year)
