Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Huelva / Seville / Madrid (hybrid model with partial remote work possible)

Position Summary
Seabery, a leading technology company in augmented reality welding training simulators, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with experience in high-growth environments and minority-backed by investment funds. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, leading the financial strategy to support the company's rapid growth.
This role requires strategic vision, strong analytical capabilities, experience in financial planning and performance control, and a deep understanding of corporate operations, including due diligence and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company’s financial strategy in collaboration with the CEO and the Board.
- Lead the finance function including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
- Design and execute financial models that support growth and scale with the company.
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting to investment funds and the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate accounting and financial activities across international subsidiaries (Germany, China, and the U.S.), ensuring consolidated financials and compliance with local regulations.
- Optimize the company’s capital structure and manage relationships with banks, funds, and other financial stakeholders.
- Actively participate in the design and execution of the exit plan, including due diligence processes, identification of investors or buyers, and deal structuring.
- Implement financial control tools and processes that enhance visibility and proactive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Support the company’s international expansion strategy from a financial standpoint.
Requirements
- Previous experience as CFO or senior finance leader in scale-ups or fast-growing companies.
- Hands-on experience in exit processes, M&A, or capital raising.
- Practical knowledge of international financial management, including subsidiary coordination and financial consolidation.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar; MBA or financial certification is a plus.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and financial control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- High level of English (required); German is a plus.
