? ¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Formación mínima: Grado medio en administración o similar.
- Manejo de Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Actitud responsable, comprometida y con interés por crecer profesionalmente.
- Experiencia previa no requerida, aunque será valorada.
- Residencia en Palma de Mallorca y alrededores.
- Experiencia en tareas administrativas o en despachos de asesoría laboral.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Office 365.
- Competencia en idiomas.
- Formación superior a la mínima requerida.
- Gestión documental, archivo digital y tareas administrativas.
- Gestión de contratación.
- Gestión de incapacidades temporales.
- Asistencia en la mecanización de datos y estandarización de formatos.
- Colaboración en gestiones con registros oficiales y administraciones públicas (AEAT, Seguridad Social, ATIB).
- Apoyo en campañas laborales.
