YOUR MISSION:
Contribute to the expansion of the Iberia market by defining the sales strategy from prospecting stage to final closing. Your goal will also be to upsell clients and work closely with other departments to help on the expansion strategy toward your specific market.
Some parts of your daily mission :
Study your market and to define target companies
Manage client calls, coordinate with Partoo’s internal teams, and to provide insights that foster our local adaptation in the region
Prospect new clients
Grow our client portfolio in your territory by signing new contracts and upsell

Tareas
Estamos buscando un perfil de Account Executive orientado a la relación con el cliente y al cierre, con habilidades técnicas y experiencia en la venta de productos o servicios tecnológicos. Buscamos un persona proactiva y ambiciosa, con buenas capacidades sociales y de relación con perfiles directivos, así como con habilidades de negociación y cierre.
Estarás dentro del equipo de Sales (cualificación y conversión) dentro del departamento de Revenue, que es el encargado de captar, convertir y retener clientes y maximizar la conversión de nuestro funnel.
Trabajarás con cuentas nacionales e internacionales del sector Food Service, en las que estarán importante multinacionales y PYMEs distribuidores y fabricantes.
¿Qué tareas se realizarán en el día a día?
- Tu día a día empezará revisando las reuniones que los SDR te hayan agendado con leads parcialmente cualificados por ellos.
- A partir de ahí, en las diferentes reuniones que tendrás con cada potencial cliente, analizarás sus necesidades, realizarás demostraciones del producto, crearás propuestas y cerrarás acuerdos.
- La mayoría de estas reuniones serán en formato online con nuestros clientes de ámbito internacional.
- Serás el/la embajador/a de los productos SaaS de Delectatech y colaborarás con el equipo de Producto aportando necesidades que hayas podido observar para nuevos desarrollos.
- Asistirás a las principales ferias y eventos del sector Food en España y a nivel internacional.
- Actualizarás y gestionarás el pipeline en nuestro CRM (Zoho).
- Te ayudaremos a estar actualizado/a sobre tendencias del mercado y nuestra competencia en el sector.
- Experiencia mínima de entre 2 y 3 años en ventas, preferiblemente en entornos Tech o SaaS.
- Estamos abriendo mercado internacional, por lo que necesitamos que puedas comunicarte en Inglés de manera perfecta. Si además dominas otro idioma, mejor que mejor.
- Valoraremos muy positivamente experiencia en productos SaaS y conocimientos de entornos de ventas basados en un funnel SaaS, teniendo conocimiento de las métricas clave (CAC, LTV, ARR, etc.)
- Valoraremos muy positivamente que hayas trabajado antes con SDRs y entiendas la dinámica de colaboración.
- Dado que nuestro producto es muy técnico y de alta innovación en la IA Generativa, necesitamos que comprendas y puedas explicar conceptos técnicos relacionado con el producto.
- Y, aunque seguro que en esto conectamos 100%, preferimos que hayas usado CRMs previamente.
- Salario: 27.000€ brutos a anuales fijos más un variable de 10.000€ en función de los objetivos definidos anualmente en el departamento de Sales.

Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for driving commercial revenue growth through strategic prospecting within a defined book of business. This role involves scheduling remote meetings, identifying customer requirements, and mapping solutions to meet those needs. You will maintain consistent customer contact through regular dials and meetings, ensuring renewals, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams to build strong customer relationships, leading to increased sales and quota attainment.
Your role in our mission:
- Prospect within a defined book of business and schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers.
- Prepare thoroughly for each sales call, focusing on pre-meeting preparation, overcoming objections, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Identify customer requirements and match them to appropriate Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
- Facilitate commercial contract renewals by supporting engagement efforts, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams to retain at-risk customers.
- Sell solutions through prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives to drive Iron Mountain sales and revenue growth.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, collaborating with customer service, operations, and internal sales teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Leverage CRM and analytical tools to assess customer data and drive profitable growth.
- Build strong customer relationships, understanding their organizational goals and acting as an industry expert.
- Valued skills and experience:
- Ability to naturally close sales by driving next steps and overcoming objections, leveraging strong consultative and negotiation skills.
- Full professional Norwegian language skills
- Consistent prospecting for new sales opportunities, utilizing phone, email, and social selling strategies.
- Ability to qualify opportunities by uncovering decision-making processes, budget constraints, and commercial motives.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce), social media platforms, and analytical data to drive growth.
