Job Description

We are now looking to recruit a talented French-speaking (German is a strong plus) Marketing Executive whose focus will be to support, sustain and grow the strong presence of our brands in Switzerland and other smaller European markets, whilst also providing some support for projects in other markets when needed. The position is based within the Regional European marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager DACH & International. The role would involve working with an international team, based in offices across Europe and would offer extensive exposure to international marketing, using a variety of digital and traditional offline channels.

The position would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a marketing role, which required operating in both French and English, looking to join an international company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing a marketing activity calendar to drive leads and conversion efforts through online and offline channels
• Supporting the development and implementation of Regional Marketing projects, with focus on growing revenue and ROI
• General marketing research, including competitor activity monitoring, to create new and creative campaign ideas
• Working with the content, email, design, and web teams to develop digital campaigns
• Website and blog management: writing, translating, and proofreading content
• Writing compelling content
• Outreach, digital PR and best practice industry trends
• Sourcing and securing sponsorship / blogger partnerships / influencers
• Social media planning, research, and execution
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Organizing events such as exhibitions and fairs.
  
  

• Spoken and written fluency in Frenchand English (German or Italian is a plus)
• You are in posses of Spanish Social Security number and NIE ( or process initiated)
• Solid awareness of the Swiss culture as well as other European countries
• Relevant marketing experience.
• Keen interest in online trends, technology, social media, blogs, and travel.
• Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas, experience and passion in creating content.
• Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proven success in applying strategy, using marketing channels with focus on digital.
• Experience with website analytics tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, website management (CMS), and mass email (CRM).
• PPC and best performance media practice (desirable).
• Complimentary experience of offline marketing (desirable).

Tasks

The Marketing Assistant will primarily collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Community Manager, dividing their time between these two areas. He/she may also occasionally support other departments, such as Research and Sales, with specific tasks as needed.

Main tasks (non exhaustive):

• Create content, including research questions, blog articles, and social media content (TikTok videos/reels…), in English and French
• Support content translation for articles, research materials, and app functionalities based on language skills
• Manage the online community by addressing panel member queries
• Contribute to survey app improvement efforts

• Produce articles and case studies using Sagaci Research's extensive database and tools, incorporating some level of data analysis

📝 ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

• Comunicaciones externas corporativas y de moda: gestión de agencias, comunicados de prensa, eventos corporativos y de moda, materiales corporativos.
• Comunicaciones corporativas internas: documentos internos, presentaciones, eventos internos.
• Marketing de influencers.
• Redes sociales.
• PLV: campañas de marketing y materiales promocionales para cada tienda, desde el diseño hasta el proceso de producción y entrega.
• Campañas en medios de comunicación: gestión de agencias para medios online y offline.
• Mall Marketing: gestión de campañas de marketing y promociones con todos los centros comerciales para impulsar la visibilidad de la empresa y redirigir el tráfico a la tienda.
• Nuevas aperturas y reformas: gestión de todas las actividades de marketing relacionadas: plan de medios, gestión de los diseños, marketing en centros comerciales y material publicitario.
• RSC y actividades de patrocinio: gestión de la comunicación y planificación y ejecución de eventos.
• Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares.

🎯 ¿Qué competencias debes tener?

• Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en el departamento de marketing y comunicación. Se valorará positivamente que sea en el sector retail.
• Estudios en Business, Marketing, Publicidad o similar.
• Enfocado/a a resultados.
• Indispensable nivel alto de inglés y valoraremos positivamente conocimientos en alemán.
• Programas gráficos como Photoshop.
• Buscamos una persona muy proactiva, metódica, organizada, responsable y con capacidad comunicativa.
• Habilidades de organización del trabajo, anticipación, orientado/a la resolución de problemas y planificación a futuro.
