Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in IT while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Our Barcelona office is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Paid IT Support Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in IT operations, technical support, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with workstation setups and printer troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update the inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Support onboarding and training tasks for new team members.
- Perform general office maintenance related to IT infrastructure.
- Use ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.
About You:
Key Responsibilities:

- Support onboarding and training tasks for new team members.
- Perform general office maintenance related to IT infrastructure.
- Use ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 10 kilograms.
- Proficiency in Windows and familiarity with MacOS or Linux.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Azure.
- Understanding of ITIL principles (preferred but not required).
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a fast learner with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
- English language fluency: Read, write, listening and speaking.
