Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in IT while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Our Barcelona office is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Paid IT Support Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in IT operations, technical support, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with workstation setups and printer troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update the inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Support onboarding and training tasks for new team members.
• Perform general office maintenance related to IT infrastructure.
• Use ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.

• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 10 kilograms.
• Proficiency in Windows and familiarity with MacOS or Linux.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Azure.
• Understanding of ITIL principles (preferred but not required).
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and a fast learner with a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
