About us:
At AssetLighthouse, we are an innovative and growing real estate agency, committed to the digitization of the sector and excellence in customer service. We are looking for a Real Estate Administrative with organizational and digital skills to manage the publication of properties, attention at reception and updating our database.
Main functions:
- Publish and update property listings on real estate portals and on our website.
- Attending clients at reception and via telephone.
- Maintain the property database up to date
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the correct management of properties.
- Manage the visibility and positioning of the ads in different real estate portals.
- Handle basic tools such as Canva, Word and Excel for administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Preferably someone with previous experience in administrative functions, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent in office tools (Word, Excel) and basic design (Canva).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in the use of CRM or ease of adapting to digital tools preferred.
It will be positively valued:
- Intermediate level of English, Spanish or other languages.
- Experience in database management or CRM platforms (Zoho CRM valued).
