We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Account Manager (Partnership Manager) with a digital interest. As the heart of our company, the Partnership Department is made up of different teams and is responsible to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with our existing and new partners. You will be working directly alongside our Head of Partnership.

Responsabilities:

  • Maintain communication with existing partners.
  • Support in implementation and onboard new clients.
  • Collect and quality check all creatives before campaign launch.
  • Participate in Affiliate events and meet clients.
  • Campaigns overview, results and performance.
  • Get promotional materials.
  • Client evaluation and recommendations on campaign optimizations.
  • Budget alignment.
  • Assist in reconciling billing (get approved sales and invoicing).


Required experience and skill set:

  • The ideal candidate has a natural positive “Go Get” attitude.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Must be well organized and be able to self-manage tasks/schedule.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Possess multitasking skills and be able to see situations from multiple angles.
  • Adaptability and a strong desire to self-learn and research in this field.
  • Must be a clear communicator with a focus on customer service.
  • Must be able to negotiate agreements, persuade potential affiliates, and advocate for the program’s interests
