Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Azul Cars. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and conducting market research. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales and revenue.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing growth strategies and conducting market research
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in the automotive or luxury rental industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
