As part of the English Content Production Dpt., your main responsibilities would include
- Project coordination in a bustling, deadline-driven environment
- Working closely with clients in English-speaking markets and a multinational internal team
- Quality control of English content in a wide variety of styles, terminologies, and format
- Overseeing the creation of editorial briefs and glossaries
- Ensuring copy adheres to the client’s desired style, tone of voice, and brand image
- Balancing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring the profitability of the project
- Recruitment and training of copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreaders
Desired Profil
- Secondary and higher education in the UK, USA, or other English-speaking countries
- Working languages mandatory: English (native-speaker level required), French
- Linguistic project management, journalistic, or translation background
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Appreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environment
- Solid work ethic, team player, dedicated to seeing challenging projects through to completion

Task and Responsabilities
1. Research: digital and social network benchmarks.
2. Management with suppliers: other agencies and partners of the company.
3. Strategy: thinking geared towards obtaining results for clients with content on multiple digital platforms.
4. Assistance to Senior Content Managers of the team.
5. Writing: perfect writing skills (grammar and spelling). The texts must be creative, oriented to search for results.
6. Platform update: manage the programming of content and posts, tweets, using various tools according to customer requests.
7. Create, recognize, find and curate valuable content for the community and that follows the "editorial" line proposed in the strategy.
8. Listen to users and respond to their comments and queries, to make them feel valuable.
9. Implement the actions of contests and promotions.
10. Monitor trends in social networks to keep the different platforms updated, not only with the content already created or curated.
11. Identify user needs and preferences.
12. Give feedback on platform activity and review metrics with analysts.
