Dentro de la Dirección de GobEx en el equipo de Monitorización y Reporting, participamos en el seguimiento y monitorización de los riesgos de los servicios vigentes contratados a terceros, la definición, seguimiento y medición de los indicadores operativos y de medición del riesgo de gestión de terceros y en la confección, análisis y comunicación del reporting a relacionado con la gestión de terceros a Órganos de Gobierno y Organismos supervisores.
El equipo trabaja de forma transversal con distintas áreas del Grupo, liderando iniciativas orientadas seguir las capacidades de gestión y supervisión del riesgo de terceros, el análisis de la información y el correspondiente reporting.
La posición ofrece la oportunidad de pertenecer a este equipo, dentro de la Dirección de GobEx, en un entorno dinámico, colaborativo y en constante evolución.
Buscamos una persona con gran motivación con capacidad de trabajo y de contagiar entusiasmo al equipo y buenas capacidades técnicas en el análisis y gestión de información y datos.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar la monitorización y seguimiento de los servicios vigentes contratados a terceros siguiendo el proceso ya definido
- Colaborar en la definición, implantación, medición y evolución de las métricas de control de la operativa y del riesgo de terceros. Tanto en el marco de control de riesgo de la entidad (KRIs) como en el marco de gestión operativa de la dirección (KPIs).
- Confección de los reportings regulatoria a ECB relacionado con terceros (Registro de Externalizaciones), con el consiguiente análisis de la información, aseguramiento de la calidad y coherencia de la información.
- Confección del reporting periódico a Órganos de Gobierno.
- Preparar documentación para órganos internos, auditoría y supervisores.
- Mantener interlocución con áreas de negocio, segunda línea, tercera línea y supervisores.
- Realizar análisis de información para la toma de decisiones e indicadores.
- Contribuir a la estrategia y modelo de gobierno y control del riesgo de terceros.
- Análisis crítico, seguimiento de tendencias, identificación de desviaciones, evaluación de riesgos y oportunidades, y elaboración de propuestas de mejora para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
Requisitos mínimos
Experiencia:
- Experiencia en análisis de datos e información, tratamiento masivo de datos y gestión de Bases de datos.
- Experiencia en interlocución con auditoría y participación en proyectos transversales.
- Experiencia en gestión de contratos de servicios con terceros
Conocimientos:
- Conocimiento de normativa y marcos regulatorios aplicables (DORA, Guías EBA y frameworks de riesgo TIC/outourcing).
- Capacidad de interacción con equipos tecnológicos para la definición de requerimientos funcionales.
- Conocimiento en la elaboración y cálculos de métrica (KPIs y KRIs)
Diseño y elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas de alto impacto, con excelente capacidad de síntesis, comunicación visual y estructuración de contenidos.Conocimientos técnicos:
- Nivel alto de Excel y capacidad de análisis y tratamiento de datos.
- Uso de capacidades de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas a la mejora de la eficiencia operativa.
- Valorable conocimiento de herramientas de reporting, automatización y visualización de datos.
- Conocimiento de Datapool corporativo y elaboración/ejecución de consultas SQL

THE PROJECT TO BE DEVELOPED:
BCNatal | Fetal Medicine Research Center is conducting an ambitious research project in the field of fetal surgery and therapy to develop a fetal incubator, which involves animal experimentation. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Fetal Support Monitoring Specialist, with the monitoring of animal experimentation as the core of the role, together with responsibility for the operational side of project materials: preparation of material for procedures, inventories, and order management.
BCNatal | Fetal Medicine Research Center, directed by Prof. Eduard Gratacós, is a multidisciplinary research centre in fetal and perinatal medicine, recognised as one of the world’s best research teams in the field. Accredited by the Spanish government as an excellence research centre, it works to find
solutions to diseases of prenatal origin. The centre is ranked among the top international research groups in maternal-fetal medicine. BCNatal-FMRC is the research branch of the BCNatal clinical centre, formed by the maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology departments of Hospital Sant Joan de Déu and Hospital Clínic de Barcelona.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor animal welfare and experimental procedures, following established protocols and ethical principles for animal research.
- Support in vivo experiments and surgical procedures, including preparation of materials, reagents and medication, and assistance in the operating room.
- Collect, process, analyse and store biological samples, ensuring accurate maintenance of the project biobank.
- Collect, record and manage experimental data, maintaining accurate documentation of procedures, incidents and relevant events.
- Support the preparation, set-up, verification and safe operation of laboratory materials and equipment.
- Manage laboratory supplies and logistics, including inventories, orders, suppliers, storage and transfer of materials between sites.
- Contribute to general laboratory organisation and quality procedures, including SOP preparation and updates, aseptic working practices, troubleshooting and effective coordination with the research and technical teams.
- Permanent position (two years project).
- Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.
- Working pattern:
- During non-experimental period: Monday to Friday.
- During experimental period: Monday to Sunday (organised in rotating 12-hour shifts).

- During experimental period, the post requires availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends, during periods with ongoing experiments requiring continuous monitoring. During non-experimental period, work is carried out from Monday to Friday.
- Candidates should be research-inclined and proactive, with good organisational and planning skills and the ability to work autonomously. Openness to learn and adaptability will be highly valued for this position. Spanish is required; Catalan and English will be positively valued.
