Actualmente, desde nuestra área de Mindshare buscamos un Account Manager, con sólido conocimiento en medios digitales, para unirse a nuestro equipo de Barcelona. La misión del rol está centrada en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias en medios online. La persona en este rol actuará como nexo entre las áreas estratégicas y tácticas , garantizando la satisfacción del cliente y alineando sus acciones con los objetivos y valores de la empresa.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Actuar como principal punto de contacto para clientes clave, construyendo relaciones sólidas y de confianza.
- Entender las necesidades y objetivos de negocio de los clientes y traducirlos en estrategias digitales efectivas.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias digitales integrales alineadas con los objetivos de branding, awareness y performance de los clientes.
- Liderar la planificación, ejecución y optimización de campañas en canales digitales, incluyendo Search, Programática, Social Media y otros relevantes, y canales offline.
- Gestionar el presupuesto asignado a las campañas, asegurando la máxima eficiencia y retorno de la inversión (ROI).
- Analizar datos y métricas clave para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas, presentando informes claros y concisos al cliente.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y nuevas estrategias para los clientes.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos (creatividad, cuentas, tecnología) para asegurar una excelente ejecución de las campañas.
- Experiencia en agencia de medios en un rol de Account Manager o en un puesto similar, con un fuerte enfoque en la gestión de clientes.
- Sólida comprensión de las estrategias de branding, awareness y performance.
- Dominio de las herramientas de análisis web y plataformas de gestión de campañas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación, negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes.
- Inglés avanzado (imprescindible).
- Experiencia en la elaboración de propuestas y presentaciones a clientes.
- Actitud colaborativa y proactiva. Queremos una persona muy motivada, con gran afán de aprendizaje para incorporarse a un equipo multidisciplinar involucrado en diferentes proyectos.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager SaaS to handle a portfolio of key clients in the LATAM region. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, driving collaboration, analysing data to improve performance metrics, and identifying new opportunities to activate services. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in delivering a high level of service, supporting new product activations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
You will:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and collaboration
- Identify opportunities to enhance collaboration and improve client performance metrics through data analysis and system recommendations
- Introduce and provide demos of Alea’s Client Area and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, ensuring clients are fully utilising available features
- Organise bi-weekly or monthly check-in calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top clients to review performance, address concerns, and explore upsell opportunities
- Promote monthly client promotions and gather feedback on their experience with Alea's services, including Client Area, integration processes, and overall service quality

Administrative Responsibilities:
- Review and verify monthly invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving any billing issues with clients.
- Keep client records updated with relevant promotions and discounts, and ensure smooth communication regarding any updates or changes
- Monitor and prioritise support tickets to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Maintain systems information and document processes for future reference
- Set weekly priorities based on client needs and feedback to ensure a focused and efficient approach
Upselling & Client Growth:
- Drive new activations and encourage clients to activate additional services or content on the Alea platform
- Promote new features to enhance client offerings and improve performance
- Identify upselling opportunities and implement strategies to expand Alea's footprint within existing client portfolios
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in Account management, client relationship management, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS, tech, or iGaming environment
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret client metrics and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead client meetings, demos, and QBRs effectively
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing invoicing, support tickets, and client feedback
- Experience with managing multiple clients and prioritising tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and business growth
